J	Jennifer Mckee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean once we arrived, front desk slow. Did not seem close to the airport at all, getting there was a hassle. Taxis pushy and water 35$eu from the airport. The directions for the shuttle service & where it was located was confusing. Once we found the shuttle they had us wait 45 min to leave at 11 pm. Driver drove extremely reckless, did not feel safe arrived after dropping off others by midnight. Slept 4 hours & had to return to airport. Not a good experience.
l	lauravk100 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed to be close to airport for early flight - being just steps from metro to airport (next stop so 5 minute trip) was great (although they do also offer a shuttle). Nice staff at check in - room was very basic but modern and clean with everything I needed. Breakfast was really good - actually, I had stayed at really nice (expensive) hotels in Rome, Florence and Sorrento and this was the best breakfast of the lot. Highly recommend for airport hotel.
M	MM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to give me a refund at the start of the Covid 19 pandemic when travelling was banned worldwide! They said I needed to wait until the date was closer. Contacted them again when it was only a few days out from the check in date, nothing had improved and travel was still banned, they refused to give me a refund. Really disappointing because every other hotel/airbnb we booked refunded due to the unprecedented times in the world in 2020 apart from this one hotel which wanted to hold onto our money. Won't be staying here when we do eventually travel to Italy
M	Maria Fabiola Herrera Caiola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location(just 3 steps from Parco Leonardo's train station) perfect for traveling from or to Fiumicino, since it is just one stop by train to the airport! + they offer a shuttle service if you dont want to take the train. Highly recommend it!
E	Ellen Colletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location near the airport and the mall. We had an odd noise in our room so I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, our room was supposed to be a double bed, and instead was 2 single beds pushed together, which is not the same things.
M	Miriam J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport shuttle ended up being quite inconvenient with poorly labeled pickup spots at the airport and when you call the hotel all you get is an Italian-only automated announcement. We wasted 1.5 hours in the cold at the airport that way. Also, it’s only a 5-10 ride to the hotel for which they charge you $6 per person per drive which seems a little overpriced to be honest. The hotel itself is clean with nice rooms and very comfortable beds. But in the end it’s the kind of hotel you only use because it is close to the airport. The mall next door is half empty and food options are limited. Since the airport shuttle was a disappointment, the stay was not worth it in my opinion.
R	Robert Sadlowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place for an airport hotel. short distance to terminals. shuttle service was on time and convenient. only problem encountered was the room's shower; not built for old people. no grab rails and they are needed. the shower floor is very slippery when wet. the water temp. reaches near scalding every minute or so, but last only a short time. the staff was beyond courteous and helpful. the location is ideal, as you are located next to a large mall. a ten meter walk to restaurants and last minute shopping is great.

The front desk were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The train right outside was super convenient to/from Rome airport or city. We would definitely stay here again!
