Portato a casa, una volta acceso, vedo che perde acqua dal fondo. Penso che non sia normale, quindi stamattina mi sono recata al negozio per il reso ed una eventuale sostituzione. La commessa mi spiega che invece è normale che perda acqua se viene spostato da un posto all'altro e mi dice che in ogni confezione c'è un foglio "volante" inserito dall'azienda produttrice, che spiega che non si deve spostare se c'è ancora l'acqua dentro. Per farla breve, nella mia confezione non c'era questo foglio, per cui io non sapevo di tale accorgimento. Morale, lo riporto e la commessa non lo cambia perchè "funziona" (a me invece pare molto pericolosa questa perdita di acqua) e che se voglio mi fa un buono da 15,99. Ma non costa 19,99? Si, ma i 4 euro sono il costo delle mascherine. Allora, un'azienda seria non fa pubblicità ingannevole, perchè il prezzo intero era 19,99 con omaggio delle mascherine, quindi trae in inganno, e comunque, visto che il famoso foglio volante con l'indicazioni non c'era, avrebbero potuto, visto che in difetto sono loro, rimborsarmi per intero. Niente, mi sono presa il buono e come diceva la nonna di Carlo Verdone in un film...m'hanno dato un buono, nonna, che vuol dire? Che te la devi prendere eccetera eccetera. Quindi, attenzione alle pubblicità ingannevoli. Queste aziende dovrebbero chiudere.
