★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un'ottima soluzione! A due passi dal centro storico, camera pulitissima, bagno in camera ma piccolo cucinino e soprattutto frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti. Il proprietario Alessandro molto familiare e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
Truly a great solution! A stone's throw from the historic center, very clean room, private bathroom but small kitchenette and above all refrigerator available to guests. The owner Alessandro is very familiar and available for any need.

Buon gusto e cortesia sono di casa. Lo consiglierei a chiunque. E se dovessi avere ancora bisogno di alloggiare a Palermo so già dove andare!!!
Located in a beautiful area of Palermo and close to the center. The owner is kind and available for every guest need. The rooms are clean and with new furnishings. Good taste and courtesy are at home. I would recommend it to anyone. What if I still need to stay in Palermo I already know where to go !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro, sembra rinnovato da poco ed è molto pulito. È ben insonorizzato, non si sente il traffico della città. Il gestore Alessandro è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, ci ha consegnato la cartina di Palermo dandoci degli ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare e ci ha servito un'ottima colazione a base di dolci tipici appena sfornati da una pasticceria di fiducia. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ci torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti ad Alessandro per la passione che trasmette per la sua città e per il lavoro che ha scelto di intraprendere.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the center, it looks like it has been recently renovated and is very clean. It is well soundproofed, you cannot hear the city traffic. The manager Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us the map of Palermo giving us excellent advice on what to see and where to eat and he served us an excellent breakfast based on typical freshly baked pastries from a trusted pastry shop. We felt pampered, we will definitely be back. Congratulations to Alessandro for the passion he transmits for his city and for the work he has chosen to undertake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one week in here and everything was excellent. We literally felt like home. The location of the place is quite close to the city center. The hosts are very kind and the room is surprisingly comfortable. There is a wide selection at breakfast. We'd come here again for sure and suggest this place to everyone.
