L	Luca Martignago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la nostra esperienza é stata molto negativa. la casa non era certo moderna come si legge nelle recensioni, ma soprattutto, la casa era gelata e i condizionatori che avrebbero dovuto scaldare la casa non funzionavano. ma se anche fossero partiti, ci sarebbro voluti due giorni per scaldarla.A gennaio fa freddo anche a palermo di notte. era una casa evidentemente non utilizzata da mesi. la cosa particolare è che la persona che ci stava dandola casa era visibilmente scocciata, come se fosse colpa nostra che non volevamo dormire in una sistuazione di questo genere. infine, anche la zona è oggettivamente bruttina. sconsiglio vivamnete. peraltro, il fatto che ci siano solo recensioni con 5 stelle è quanto meno sospetto.... our experience has been very negative. the house was certainly not as modern as we read in the reviews, but above all, the house was frozen and the air conditioners that should have heated the house did not work. but even if they had left, it would have taken two days to warm it up. In January it is cold even in Palermo at night. it was a house that had obviously not been used for months. the particular thing is that the person who was giving us the house was visibly annoyed, as if it was our fault that we did not want to sleep in such a situation. finally, even the area is objectively ugly. do not recommend vivamnete. moreover, the fact that there are only 5-star reviews is at least suspect.

L'appartamento in cui noi appoggiavano era in via Solarino; modernissimo, tutto domotico, molto pulito. Letto comodissimo. Colazione nella splendida Pasticceria Marsicano... senza parole... uno spettacolo di bontà. Ci ritorneremo volentieri e sempre da voi. Grazie , grazie. Entertainment .. Alessandro, a wonderful host, kind, friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment where we supported was in via Solarino; very modern, all home automation, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the splendid Marsicano pastry shop ... without words ... a show of goodness. We will gladly and always return to you. Thank you thank you.
M	Maria Esteban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento NO recomendable ya que había cucarachas y a pesar de prometernos que iban a fumigarlo, al volver por la noche volvieron a salir mas cucarachas. Tuvimos que irnos a media noche del apartamento a un hotel del centro. Ninguna contestación ni compensación por parte del propietario. El apartamento parecia limpio pero la calle en la que está estaba llena de basura y coches y casas abandonadas. Apartment NOT recommended since there were cockroaches and despite promising that they were going to fumigate it, when they came back at night, more cockroaches came out again. We had to leave at midnight from the apartment to a downtown hotel. No response or compensation from the owner. The apartment looked clean but the street it was on was full of garbage and abandoned cars and houses.

La cucina era completa, presenti 2 tv a schermo piatto , condizionatori in ogni stanza , pulizia da hotel a 5 stelle , wi fi velocissimo......unico neo la doccia che non si miscelava bene. Il proprietario e i suoi collaboratori sono stati gentilissimi sempre pronti ad aiutarti. Il quartiere e ' molto trascurato ma vi si trova il calore vero dei siciliani. Il residence si trova vicino ai principali monumenti palermitani. Per i golosi......la pasticceria Massaro a due passi... fabulous apartment. The kitchen was complete, there were 2 flat screen TVs, air conditioners in every room, cleanliness from a 5-star hotel, very fast wi fi ...... the only drawback was the shower that didn't mix well. The owner and his collaborators were very kind always ready to help you. The neighborhood is very neglected but there is the true warmth of the Sicilians. The residence is located near the main Palermo monuments. For those with a sweet tooth ...

L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito ed e fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno veloce. The apartment is located near the Civic Hospital of Palermo and a stone's throw from the university. Check in was quick and easy. The apartment is spacious and clean and is equipped with everything you need for a quick stay.

E' ottimo , sotto tutti i punti di vista. Le stanze sono molto curate negli arredi e nella pulizia.......tutto comodo, perfetto, rilassante e tecnologico!!!! Che dire???? The rooms are very accurate furnishings and cleanliness ....... all comfortable, perfect, relaxing and technological !!!! What to say???? A short stay but very well lived. There are some nice bars near where you can eat really well. The staff very friendly and kind. The prices are really good. Recommend!
