A great location in the center, opposite a beautiful, famous church, the name is "Madonna dei rimedi". The train station and the bus station is just a few hundred meters away, and a lot of monuments are within easy reach. The apartment is lovely, spacious, bright and modern. - air conditioning - 2 bathrooms - large equipped kitchen - living room - washing machine - wi-fi. One bedroom, children's room and one or two children. Huge balcony with beautiful views of the park and the other balcony, other famous sights. The host, Fabrizio were in all of our help and at any time. Surely we will return. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

It is also very close to all the public transport links and walking distance from some of the most interesting places in Palermo. Flat had that it is needed to make our stay comfortable. Great choice. Fabrizio was very helpful and professional, sorted out few details for us, Thank you so much for your help, we will definitely come back, hopefully very soon. Paula L. ;-))

Shops and restaurants close by. Huge windows on all sides to enjoy city/park views and mountains on the other side. Large rooms with lots of space and an enormous deck. This lovely and clean penthouse has been well looked after by the host who was very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. Highly recommended.
M	Mark Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There may be cheaper apartments, there are certainly more expensive ones, but it is hard to imagine how any could be much better than this! The apartment was perfect for a week in Palermo, being ideally located on the edge of the historical centre with a huge and absolutely amazing roof terrace offering stunning views over the leafy Piazza Indipendenza to the Norman Palace and Porta Nuova. Our host Fabrizio was so lovely and kind; we arrived quite late in the evening but for him it was no problem to greet us and, knowing that we might be too tired to go out for a meal, he provided a welcoming gift of beer and delicious arancini. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything necessary provided. It has two bathrooms, aircon in the main living area and master bedroom, outdoor furniture including sun-loungers and plenty of kitchen equipment including three different ways of making coffee! There was also free on-street parking just around the corner on Corso Pietro Pisani. Fabrizio showed his kindness again by allowing us to check-out late and came to say goodbye with a parting gift of local honey which, because it was too big to carry through security in our hand luggage, he offered to post to us when we got home! Palermo is a beautiful and fascinating destination and in a week I feel like we only just scratched the surface, so hopefully we can return someday and enjoy Fabrizio's hospitality again.

Fabrizio (the owner) met us and spent plenty of time showing us the apartment and advising us of local places to visit, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is large - far larger than we expected - and has a fantastic, huge terrace overlooking Independence Square which is the city's main hub for local buses and taxis. To the rear you have a second smaller balcony with an uninterrupted view of the mountains that surround Palermo. Would we come back? Yes, without a doubt. A great base for a week (or so) in Palermo.

The apartment has really great location - very close to city center and old town as well as to the main highways, and you have guaranteed parking place as well. The apartment is spacious (for family with 2-3 children) and bright and with very good air conditioning. The views from both balconies are really magnificent. Also the hosts are very nice and hospitable, plus they bring you some necessary things like water and milk on arrival and brings very nice gifts when you leave. :) I would suggest Palermo Luxury Apartment to everyone who wants to visit and stay at Palermo.
