Se non volete vedere i vostri cari deperire velocemente (da uno stato di autosufficienza e buona salute alla costrizione a letto e all'inedia in pochi mesi), non scegliete questa struttura. Bad from all points of view. If you don't want to see your loved ones perish quickly (from self-reliance and good health to bedridden and starvation in a few months), don't choose this property.

Non dimenticheremo la pazienza e l' attenzione con la quale la state assistendo malgrado la sua non "facile gestione". Dire che siete BUONI è poco che siete bravi è facile ..... La mia esperienza è assolutamente negativa: mio padre è entrato autosufficiente e in poco tempo è stato limitato nelle libertà personali e nella dignità di persona, essendo stato relegato prima alla sedia a rotelle e poi a letto. Inoltre, dalle visite che ho effettuato nel periodo di degenza, ho avuto l'impressione di una scarsa attenzione ai pazienti da parte del personale. Anche la cura medica si è rivelata non adeguata. Discutibile la qualità del cibo. Unica persona degna di menzione positiva è la signora Laura della portineria. Personalmente, quindi, non posso che sconsigliare questa struttura. My experience is absolutely negative: my father became self-sufficient and in a short time was limited in personal freedoms and dignity as a person, having been relegated first to a wheelchair and then to bed. Furthermore, from the visits I made during the hospitalization period, I had the impression of a lack of attention to patients on the part of the staff. Medical treatment also proved inadequate. Questionable the quality of the food. The only person worthy of positive mention is Mrs. Laura from the concierge. Personally, therefore, I can only advise against this structure.

Nel mio caso posso affermare di avere trovato, per mia mamma, una sorta di famiglia adottiva in cui ripongo la mia totale fiducia. Accompagnata in condizioni critiche, abbiamo registrato un continuo e costante miglioramento, sia fisico sia mentale, grazie al quale oggi posso vivere un rapporto sereno con mia madre. La consapevolezza di poter sempre appoggiarmi alla comprensione e alla disponibilità del personale è una condizione che ha reso positiva una soluzione inizialmente risultata dolorosa. Pertanto posso solo ringraziare la moralità e la professionalità di questa struttura. The choice of opting for a structure in which to live a loved one is never easy and the constant thought of having acted for the best or not can turn into a moral burden. In my case I can say that I have found, for my mother, a sort of adoptive family in which I place my total trust. Accompanied in critical conditions, we have recorded a continuous and constant improvement, both physical and mental, thanks to which today I can live a peaceful relationship with my mother. The awareness of always being able to rely on the understanding and availability of the staff is a condition that made a solution that was initially painful. Therefore I can only thank the morality and professionalism of this structure.
C	Carla Portaluppi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fossero 10 stelle le avrei messe tutte per descrivere la struttura che ha accudito e coccolato il mio caro papà per ben 6 anni a partire dalla drssa le infermiere le ragazze le animatrici la direzione e tt il personale presente in struttura. La pulizia è ottima il cibo è ottimo in quanto in tempi dove Nn c'era il covid abbiamo pranzato lì con tt la famiglia. Le stanze pulitissime ed ordinate. Animatrici sempre pronte a preparare nuove attività. Non ho nulla di negativo da dire. Conosco benissimo la struttura e tutto il personale, mio padre lucidissimo Nn si è mai lamentato di nulla. Mi hanno permesso di stare vicino a lui fino all'ultimo respiro. Grazie a tt e grazie a Laura per la sua umanità per prendersi cura di tt gli ospiti come fossero parte della propria famiglia, lei che del suo lavoro ne ha fatto una ragione di vita... If there were 10 stars I would have put them all to describe the structure that has looked after and pampered my dear dad for 6 years starting from the drssa the nurses the girls the animators the management and the staff present in the structure. The cleanliness is excellent the food is excellent because in times where there was no covid we had lunch there with tt the family. The rooms were spotless and tidy. Animators always ready to prepare new activities. I have nothing bad to say. I know the structure and all the staff very well, my very lucid father has never complained about anything. They allowed me to stay close to him until my last breath. Thanks to tt and thanks to Laura for her humanity for taking care of tt guests as if they were part of her family, she who made her work a reason for living ...

All' ingresso accolgono noi parenti sempre con il sorriso e una parola di conforto. Tutto il personale a partire dalla Sig.ra Laura della portineria, l'amministrazione,infermieri, oss, ecc...è molto competente, preparato e, attento ad ogni esigenza.Atmosfera Serena gestita da persone solari e pazienti. Consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di un posto sereno e professionale per i nostri cari. GRAZIE A TUTTI!!!! I took my dear mum about 2 months ago, excellent structure, very well organized, clean and professional! At the entrance they welcome us relatives always with a smile and a word of comfort. All the staff starting from Ms. Laura of the concierge, administration, nurses, obs, etc ... are very competent, prepared and attentive to every need. Serene atmosphere managed by cheerful people and patients. I recommend to anyone who needs a peaceful and professional place for our loved ones. THANK YOU ALL!!!!
S	Silvia Motta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo moltissime riserve sul fatto che trasferire la nostra nonna in una struttura fosse la migliore soluzione per lei, ma, da quando si trova alla Casa per l'Anziano, la vedo un po' più reattiva (per quanto possa esserlo una donna di 97 anni in totale decadimento cognitivo), più serena e, senza alcuno dubbio, molto curata. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e preparato. Si è rivelata un'ottima scelta.
