★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione per unirmi alle lamentele di molti altri clienti GRISPORT,per ribadire la qualità molto scarsa delle calzature da me acquistate(vedi foto allegate),la suola si è letteralmente staccata dallo strato sottostante letteralmente sgretolato.Scarponcini usati poco e solamente in città.Sembrava un buon acquisto si è trasformato in una "SOLA"come dicono a Roma.Mi aspetterei un spiegazione dalla ditta per pura curiosità,visto che è un difetto ricorrente.
 I write this review to join the complaints of many other GRISPORT customers, to reiterate the very poor quality of the shoes purchased by me (see attached photos), the sole has literally detached from the underlying layer literally crumbled. Little boots used only in cities. It seemed like a good purchase has turned into a "ONLY" as they say in Rome. I would expect an explanation from the company out of pure curiosity, since it is a recurring defect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistate circa tre anni e mezzo fa, ovviamente oggi fuori garanzia (e senza più scontrino fiscale), da diversi giorni ho inviato a Grisport un msg tramite il loro format. Nessuna risposta: PESSIMO SERVIZIO CLIENTI!!
Scarpe indossate circa una trentina di volte, con un uso moderato in città, NO escursioni, neve, fango, né roccia.
La suola della scarpa sinistra improvvisamente ha iniziato a staccarsi mentre ero alla guida dell'auto!!
Non capivo cosa stesse succedendo al pedale della frizione …
Mi sono subito fermato apposta per controllare e, con somma delusione, ho visto che la parte anteriore della suola era completamente scollata, inoltre la mescola della tomaia si sbriciolava letteralmente, polverizzandosi.
MAI, MAI e MAI PIU' questo schifo di marca di scarpe.
VERGOGNA! Non si truffa così la gente, alla fine la pagate voi e i vostri dipendenti, perché alla lunga il giochino non paga.
I polimeri e tutti i materiali vanno scelti per bene, non alla carlona.
Addio, per sempre!

Purchased about three and a half years ago, obviously today out of warranty (and without any more receipt), for several days I sent a message to Grisport through their format. No answer: PESSIMO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
Shoes worn about thirty times, with moderate use in the city, NO hiking, snow, mud, or rock.
The sole of the left shoe suddenly started to come off while I was driving the car !!
I did not understand what was happening to the clutch pedal ...
I immediately stopped on purpose to check and, to my disappointment, I saw that the front part of the sole was completely unglued, furthermore the mixture of the upper crumbled literally, pulverizing.
NEVER, NEVER and NEVER get this disgusting shoe brand.
SHAME! You do not scam people like that, you pay them and your employees in the end, because in the long run the game does not pay.
The polymers and all the materials must be chosen well, not the carlona.
Goodbye forever!
I do not care anymore :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarpe belle e comode ma devo segnalare anch'io che su due paia di scarpe la suola a un certo punto si è sgretolata, indipendentemente da quanto sono state utilizzate. Risultato scarpe semi-nuove da buttare. Credevo fosse un caso ed invece leggo che è successo anche a molti altri. Davvero un peccato. Che sia una sorta di obsolescenza programmata anche per le scarpe?!?
Beautiful and comfortable shoes but I too must point out that on two pairs of shoes the sole at some point crumbled, regardless of how much they were used. The result is semi-new shoes to throw away. I thought it was a coincidence and instead I read that it also happened to many others. Really a pity. Could it be a sort of planned obsolescence for shoes too?!?

Ogni tanto uso gli scarponi e oggi son rimasto sorpreso quando mi si è staccato il fondo, incredibile! . Non è possibile buttare i soldi così. ¿dove avete lasciato la qualità?

I use my boots every now and then and today I was surprised when the bottom came off, incredible! . It is not possible to waste money like this. Where did you leave the quality?

1. After 2 weeks the sole began to creak
2. After 1.5 month the sole began to come off
I can not recommend this footwear in Ukraine. Alas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived two minutes before closing for lunch & were given A wonderful recommendation for lunch that was down the street. The best meal we have had during our adventures. I will post a picture of the restaurant. We went back to the Grisport outlet which was Incredibly busy. The gal that helped us spoke English very well and was incredibly helpful. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes! Extremely well-made and great for walking. I’m very excited to have had the opportunity to shop at the outlet! Previously I ordered this type of hiking boots from Great Britain while living in the US! The prices were excellent and the quality is superb
