Devo dire di aver trovato personale in gamba, sin dal pronto soccorso, e via via tutto il personale medico si sono adoperati al meglio. PURTROPPO NON POSSO DIRE LA STESSA COSA DELLA LOCALE POSTAZIONE MEDICO DI GUARDIA DI MILAZZO,(VIA IMPALLOMENI) DOVE ALLE 7 DEL MATTINO DI SABATO 21 LUGLIO 2018 LA DOTTORESSA CHE MI HA RICEVUTO (DOVEVA FARMI UNA PUNTURA ANTIDOLORIFICO, PORTATA DA ME) MI HA CHIESTO 5€,PERCHE NON RESIDENTE, LA PUNTURA L'HA FATTA ALL ENTRATA DELLA STRUTTURA, NON IN LABORATORIO,PERCHÉ A SUO DIRE C'ERA L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA...(???) INFINE NON HA REGISTRATO NESSUN MIO DATO PER LA PRESTAZIONE RICEVUTA. DOTTORESSA SE VOLEVA LA COLAZIONE PAGATA BASTAVA DIRLO. CORDIALITÀ.

In my holiday stay (July 2018) in Milazzo, I had an urgent need for the local hospital. I must say that I have found good staff, since the emergency room, and gradually all the medical staff have done their best. UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT THE LOCAL DOCTOR'S STATION IN MILAZZO, (VIA IMPALLOMENI) WHERE AT 7 AM ON SATURDAY 21 JULY 2018 THE DOCTOR WHO RECEIVED ME (WHERE YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME AN ANTI-PAIN BIT, ASKED ME) € 5, BECAUSE NOT RESIDENT, THE PUNCTURE HAS DONE AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE STRUCTURE, NOT IN THE LABORATORY, BECAUSE THERE WAS AIR CONDITIONING ... (???) FINALLY HAS NOT RECORDED ANY OF MY DATA FOR THE PERFORMANCE RECEIVED. DOCTOR IF YOU WANTED THE PAID BREAKFAST, YOU JUST SAY IT. FRIENDLYNESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato oggi per il ritiro dei presidi medici per i diabetici che sul sito dell'asp si può procedere con le pratiche anche per via telematica, cosa più che giusta visto il periodo pandemico con tutte le restrizioni del caso, ma a sorpresa la dottoressa o operatrice mi risponde che non effettuano più quel servizio per via dei furbetti che con lo stesso foglio si recano in più farmacie.
Adesso mi chiedo se esisto i furbetti che hanno questo modus operandi di aggirare lo stato, e si recano di presenza al ritiro dei fogli cosa cambia? Non si possono sempre fare una fotocopia a colori? Poi soprattutto perché se un cittadino sbaglia a pagare è tutta la collettività e se invece a sbagliare sono caste privilegiate non paga mai nessuno? E non per ultimo abbiamo degli organi preposti al controllo incrociato che paghiamo tutti noi, che se effettuano il proprio lavoro (cosa che hanno fatto) i furbetti vengono beccati, quindi perché dare un disservizio? Visto che avete chiuso l'ufficio di Spadafora e tutti si recano da voi con questo vostro modo di pensare non fate altro che alimenta le liste di attesa e non risolvere il problema.

Can't you always make a color photocopy? Then above all because if a citizen makes a mistake in paying it is the whole community and if, on the other hand, it is the privileged castes who make mistakes, does anyone ever pay? And last but not least we have bodies in charge of cross-checking that we all pay, that if they do their job (which they did) the crafty ones get caught, so why give a disservice? Since you have closed the Spadafora office and everyone comes to you with this way of thinking, do nothing but feed the waiting lists and do not solve the problem.
