Trattatele meglio le persone, ero all'uscita e nemmeno uno che non si lamentava quando usciva.

Phone calls on unanswered phone calls. I tried on 3 different numbers for about 6 hours on Monday. YOU CAN DIE AND EVEN NOT NOTICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la maggior parte degli uffici non funziona come si deve,perché non tutti quelli che dovrebbero essere a lavoro sono a lavoro,se ci sono amici si prende la precedenza e ad alcuni inservienti viene dato un potere pari a quello dei dirigenti stessi e si sentono autorizzati a trattare i contribuenti come persone ignoranti e incapaci.
I tempi d"attesa per sbrigare documenti di un minuto come certificati ed esenzioni sono di molti giorni talvolta anche di mesi.
Questa è l'Italia per cui mi batto e questi sono i servizi che possiamo e dobbiamo permetterci,volenti o nolenti.

The waiting times for processing minute documents such as certificates and exemptions are many days, sometimes even months.
This is Italy I fight for and these are the services we can and must afford, willingly or not.

Beh magari se ci mettete qualcuno a rispondere al telefono sarebbe quantomeno educato e professionale degno di una struttura simile. Dimenticavo, loro hanno il posto "fisso" quindi "chissenefrega". Povera Italia!
