A	Arianna D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa la mia esperienza.. ho prenotato una prestazione per mia madre anziana a giugno dello scorso anno(2018) per l'11 aprile dell'anno in corso(2019) Ci siamo presentate per la visita ma guarda caso era stata annullata ( non da noi che abbiamo fatto 50km per effettuarla!!!! Senza parlare dei permessi al lavoro...)... ci hanno riferito che ad annullarla sarebbe stata una farmacia viterbese... Ho espresso il mio disappunto dicendo che sicuramente era un errore della farmacia ma per nessuna ragione hanno voluto effettuare la prestazione prenotata 10 mesi prima! Sono andata a riprenotare la visita presso il cup e nel frattempo è scaduta anche l'impegnativa che dovrò farmi riprescrivere dal medico.. vi aggiornerò in merito alla prossima data... sperando che qualche altra farmacia o chi per lei non la cancelli!.... male male... This is my experience .. I booked a service for my elderly mother in June last year (2018) for April 11 of the current year (2019) We showed up for the visit but by chance it was canceled (not by we who did 50km to do it !!!! Without talking about work permits ...) ... they told us that it would be a Viterbo pharmacy to cancel it ... I expressed my disappointment saying that it was certainly a mistake of the pharmacy but for no reason wanted to make the service booked 10 months before! I went to rebook the visit at the cup and in the meantime the referral that I will have to get back from the doctor has expired too. ... bad bad...

Numeri per assistenza COVID che danno inesistente, squillano a vuoto, segreteria, lasciati completamente allo sbando. Invitate la gente positiva a uscire senza fare il tampone di fine quarantena in pratica. Li incitate proprio. La colpa dovrebbe essere solo che vostra. Penosi, non foste esistiti almeno saremmo stati più sereni. Tanto l’assistenza comunque non la date, almeno eravamo malati ma felici. If I could give less than 0 I would give it. Google is doing you a favor by making me put 1. Numbers for COVID assistance that give non-existent, ring empty, voicemail, left completely in disarray. Invite positive people to go out without doing the quarantine swab in practice. You just incite them. The fault should be yours alone. Painful, had it not existed at least we would have been more serene. However, you do not give assistance anyway, at least we were sick but happy.

Complimenti continuate così.....in questa settimana tra uffici comunali e ASL non ho ricevuto nessun servizio ..... Bad experience I called to get information on facilities for Alzheimer's patients, the switchboard answers me and passed me an office that closed the call twice. Congratulations keep it up ..... in this week between municipal offices and ASL I have not received any service .....
