F	Francesco Santoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da una stupida caduta sulla neve a Campo Felice...Mi sono ritrovato con la rottura del legamento collaterale, la lesione del crociato, la rottura della tibia, del menisco e lo spostamento della rotula... Sono andato al pronto soccorso... Ho trovato una gentilezza e una professionalità mai vista in vita mia!!! Sono quasi tre mesi che vado per visite e per l'operazione al menisco e alla rotula... sempre gentilissimi, sempre riscontrato una umanità mai vista in assoluto in un ospedale!!! Pulizia e funzionalità. Dal Cup fino ai Reparti!!! Grazie a voi tutti. Ovviamente un grazie particolare al Prof. Mastri che mi ha Operato. From a stupid fall on the snow in Campo Felice ... Dopo aver esposto un problema con mia mamma invalida e chiedere a chi potersi rivolgere per avere info e sentirsi dire " cose vuole da me che le tiri l'olio dai sassi ?"non è il massimo della professionalità ,peccato perché per la negligenza di Pochi ne pagano lo smacco chi questo lavoro lo fa con professionalità e amore ,spesso quello si dimentica che ci vuole in primis umanità che spesso è assente Surely the doctors are very professional and valid, unfortunately the outline that diminishes the work of others ... we want to talk about the switchboard operators? Devo pubblicamente ringraziare il personale tutto della struttura per la gentilezza e la professionalità con le quali mi hanno assistito. Complice anche la neve precipitata nel frattempo sembrava di essere in una di quelle famose cliniche svizzere. Grazie di cuore. I was admitted to the Urology ward for surgery for 5 days. I have to publicly thank the entire staff of the structure for the kindness and professionalism with which they assisted me. Thanks also to the snow that had fallen in the meantime, it seemed to be in one of those famous Swiss clinics. Thank you so much.
S	Senza Nome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale da evitare assolutamente. Troppi lati negativi che dovrebbero essere risolti il prima possibile. Alcuni centralinisti/e che ricevono i malati dovrebbero prendersi una bella tisana,o per lo meno cambiassero lavoro. È inutile che scaricate le vostre frustrazioni sulla gente che arriva in ospedale.Se non siete soddisfatti della vostra vita,cambiate aria e mostrate più rispetto e più gentilezza nei confronti dei pazienti. Nessuno vi ha obbligato a lavorare in ospedale. Hospital to avoid absolutely. Too many downsides that should be resolved as soon as possible. Some receptionists who receive the sick should take a nice herbal tea, or at least change jobs. It is useless for you to dump your frustrations on people coming to the hospital. If you are not satisfied with your life, change the air and show more respect and kindness towards patients. No one forced you to work in the hospital.

Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente faccio recensioni positive, ma questa volta mi sento di dare un merito e di ringraziate tutto il personale che ha seguito mio figlio dal mese di giugno, ad iniziare dalla pediatria, ma particolarmente a tutto il personale infermieristico della sala gessi e perché no, alla maggior parte degli ortopedici che ci hanno accolto in questa 'avventura'?? . Grazie per vostra professionalità e umanità. I hardly give positive reviews, but this time I feel I can give credit and thank all the staff who have followed my son since June, starting with pediatrics, but particularly to all the nursing staff in the plaster room and why not, to the most of the orthopedists who welcomed us in this 'adventure'. Thanks for your professionalism and humanity.

Cercavo di capire L entità dell incidente perché mi trovavo a 3 ore di macchina da lì e c’è allerta meteo , ma in nessun modo mi hanno voluto dare info nemmeno se fosse codice rosso oppure no ! ? per lavorare in posti così ci vuole innanzitutto umanità 12/28/2020 I call the emergency room because I learned that my sister has had an accident, rude staff and devoid of any human sense! I was trying to understand the extent of the accident because I was a 3 hour drive from there and there is a weather alert, but in no way did they want to give me any info even if it was a red code or not! ? to work in places like this you need humanity first of all

Servizio davvero pessimo, per non parlare del trattamento squallido del personale sanitario ( tranne qualche medico, costretto anche a farsi da solo da segretario di reparto) e i tempi di attesa biblici. Non consiglio a nessuno questa struttura . I put a star because I can't give ZERO! Really bad service, not to mention the poor treatment of the medical staff (except for some doctors, who are also forced to act as ward secretaries on their own) and the biblical waiting times. I do not recommend this property to anyone.
