Mi hanno detto che le richieste effettuate dal Cup dell'ospedale non arrivano a destinazione e che questo disservizio avviene frequentemente. C'è un responsabile che può prendere provvedimenti?! Vorrei invece esprimere il mio apprezzamento a tutto il personale del reparto Ortopedia perché durante la permanenza di mia madre durante il periodo della pandemia è sempre stato disponibile sia al telefono che in reparto. Un apprezzamento anche alle due operatrici allo sportello "Ritiro Cartelle Cliniche" che nonostante mi sia innervosita per il fastidioso inconveniente sono state molto gentili. Praticamente ci dovrò tornare tra una settimana sperando di poter avere la documentazione... Roba da non credere!!! Basically I'll have to go back in a week hoping to have the documentation ... Stuff beyond belief !!!
