Ieri l'ortopedico mi ha prescritto una RMN urgente, ho passato più di due ore, dalle 12.45 alle 15,15, al telefono. Anzi, ai telefoni perché per disperazione ho chiamato contemporaneamente da due cellulari! Chiamo il primo numero, datomi ieri dalla segreteria, dopo 40 minuti di attesa l'operatrice mi dà un altro numero, che ha squillato a vuoto per quasi due ore! Richiamo il primo numero, ancora attesa, un'altra operatrice mi ridà il secondo numero!! Mi altero e chiedo scusa, ma sono esasperata! Mi dà un terzo numero... E, indovinate un po'??? Anche questo squilla a vuoto!!! Sono le 15.15 e il servizio non è più attivo!!! Sono da denuncia!!!! TELEPHONE RESERVATION SERVICE: Bad! Scandalous! Shameful!!! Ad oggi 23 febbraio non ho ricevuto nulla benché mi era stato dato un tempo di 10g per la consegna. Nessuno sa dirmi che fine hanno fatto i miei documenti. Vergogna assoluta. I did an MRI on February 2nd. Living in Domodossola "187km" I asked for the results to be sent to my home address. Qui ho trovato professionalità ad alto livello, amore per il lavoro e per il prossimo, cura e gentilezza da parte di tutti i medici, chirurghi, O.S.S. infermieri. Nella sfortuna, ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere e di essere operata e seguita da Dottor Francesco Zenga con il suo meraviglioso time per cui sono felicissima di essere stata accolta sotto le vostre ali, grazie di cuore! Orario apertura : a. 7-9 prelievi TAO senza prenotazione b. 7-9 prelievi esami con condizioni specifici con prenotazioni, esempio prelievo siero per la detterminazione del cortosolo che si fa entro le h.8.00! c. 9-11 prelievi senza prenotazione, nei periodi di emergenza covid vengono eseguiti esami senza prenotazioni solo per le prescrizioni con urgenza 10 giorni ed altro titolo urgenza codice A e U. d. 8-12 prelievi prenotati e. 11-13.30 consegnie campioni biologici Al ingresso si misura la temperatura e si disinfettano le mani, una impiegata distribuie in numeri di ordine della macchinetta! Vieni chiamato con il codice per fare la registrazione, dopo di che con il foglio e il numero di ordine comparira sull schermino di sinistra il box dove vieni chiamato per eseguire il prelievo! Tutto e veloce e non si perde l'tempo innutilmente! Complimenti al personale!
