The ophthalmology department is an excellence for what my experience is, for the courtesy of the staff everything, from the nurses, to the booking clerk, to the doctors, prepared, scrupulous, always kind and available, a very positive experience despite being a hospital where you go for health problems.

Mentre nel reparto cartelle cliniche la persona che se ne occupa e' stata gentilissima e molto professionale, gli addetti al centralino scarsamente professionali e oserei dire anche maleducati. E' la seconda volta che chiamo dalla Sardegna e una volta mi dicono che si sente l'accento sardo la seconda addirittura fanno il verso del mio accento. Questa mancanza di sensibilita' aggiunge dissapore al periodo di lutto che stiamo vivendo per la scomparsa del nostro parente. Altamente sconsigliati. I contacted this facility to obtain a medical record of an unfortunately deceased relative of mine in this hospital due to covid. While in the medical records department the person who takes care of it was very kind and very professional, the switchboard operators were scarcely professional and I would even dare to say rude. It is the second time that I call from Sardinia and once they tell me that you can hear the Sardinian accent the second time they even make the line of my accent. This lack of sensitivity adds to the disappointment of the period of mourning we are experiencing for the disappearance of our relative. Highly not recommended.
M	Manuela Ardizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio intorno alle 17.30 mi sono recata presso il pronto soccorso con dolori atroci alle orecchie e mezza faccia paralizzata. Al triage mi dicono che l attesa è di circa 1h 30 . Arriviamo alle 20.00 dove naturalmente c è il cambio turno che è durato più di un ora. Tra le 20.00 e le 21.00 abbondanti non chiamavano e non dimetterà (probabilmente oltre alle consegne di servizio avranno cenato). Il mio dolore aumentava non riuscivo più a resistere c con gentilezza ho chiesto informazioni mi hanno risposto signora ha ancora due pazienti prima di lei ( in sala d attesa c ero io e due persone che aspettavano le dimissioni). Passa ancora tempo e non mi chiamano alche vado di nuovo ad informarmi e l InfermieraTutti mi dice signora sono arrivati dei casi che han più bisogno (si parla di due persone che son scivolate) Ore 22.30 torno ad informarmi e la stessa tizia mi risponde signora o aspetta ancora o si rivolga alla guardia medica.a quel punto coi dolori e la faccia gonfia e paralizzata li mando letteralmente a v..... e me ne vado. Se questa è l assistenza che danno siamo a posto non ci tornerò mai più Pronto soccorso INEFFICACE Yesterday afternoon around 17.30 I went to the emergency room with excruciating pain in my ears and a paralyzed half face. At the triage they tell me that the wait is about 1h 30. We arrive at 20.00 where naturally there is the shift change which lasted more than an hour. Between 20.00 and 21.00 abundant they did not call and will not discharge (probably in addition to the service deliveries they will have dinner). My pain increased I could no longer resist c with kindness I asked for information the lady replied she still has two patients before her (in the waiting room there was me and two people waiting for discharge). Time goes by and they don't call me again I go to inform me and the Nurse Everyone tells me lady there are cases that are most needed (we are talking about two people who have slipped) 22.30 I go back to inform me and the same lady answers me lady or wait again or contact the doctor. At that point with the pains and the swollen and paralyzed face I literally send them to v ..... and I leave. If this is the assistance they give we are fine and will never go back INEFFECTIVE first aid
M	Massimiliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il pronto soccorso va in base al personale. Ho dovuto usufruire del servizio in due gg differenti. il primo gg ho trovato personale gentile, disponibile. Il giorno dopo, personale un po' meno professionale. Tant'è vero che mi hanno rimandato dal medico di base, anche con scritto sul foglio del p.s. "ritornare se i sintomi persistono". Niente da dire per le visite in reparto ortopedia. in questo caso invece, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Unfortunately the emergency room goes according to the staff. I had to use the service in two different days. the first day I found friendly, helpful staff. The next day, a little less professional staff. So much so that they sent me back to the general practitioner, even with written on the sheet of the p.s. "come back if symptoms persist". Nothing to say for visits to the orthopedics ward. in this case, however, they were very kind and helpful.

P.G. Grassano è stato maleducato nell interfacciarsi con i pazienti. Mai più in questo ospedale, sconsiglio vivamente. Do not come to this hospital for any reason. Dirty, disorganized hospital. As soon as you arrive there are no indications, there is no acceptance. The head physician dr. P.G. Grassano was rude in interfacing with patients. Never again in this hospital, I strongly advise against.
V	Violet Roseheart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putroppo mentre mi facevano un esame del sangue (per gravidanza, test integrato) l''infermiera mi ha lasciato un livido enorme sul braccio! Certe cose al CDC non succedono!!! Putroppo se sei incinta e devi fare esami del sangue, non si riesce ad avere un appuntamento di prima mattina, si rischia lo svenimento; meglio andare al CDC! Ospedale tenuto ben pulito. Unfortunately while I was having a blood test (for pregnancy, integrated test) the nurse left me a huge bruise on my arm! Some things don't happen at the CDC !!! Unfortunately, if you are pregnant and you need to have blood tests, you are unable to have an appointment early in the morning, you risk fainting; better go to the CDC! Hospital kept very clean.

Gli infermieri l hanno trattata malissimo, gli hanno impedito di vedere i figli nonostante loro fossero fuori ad aspettare notizie. Gli infermieri che dovrebbero essere di conforto ai pazienti soprattutto nei casi piu’ delicati , si sono dimostrati delle persone senza un briciolo di coscienza….questi dovrebbero eserre gli Eroi tanto decantati ?? ma finiamola con questa retorica….
