I can only be satisfied with the service of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe efficiente il poliambulatorio ma il servizio lascia un po a desiderare.
Parlo di una semplice visita per un certificato di attività sportiva non agonistico, dopo la visita (che è risultata tutto ok) devi ripassare per prendere il certificato cartaceo.
Ti comunicano tramite sms (preferiscono così) quando è pronto per passare a ritirarlo.
Abitando lontano avevo chiesto di girarlo via mail, nessuna risposta.
The outpatient clinic would be efficient but the service leaves something to be desired.
I speak of a simple visit for a certificate of non-competitive sports activity, after the visit (which was all ok) you have to go over to get the paper certificate.
They communicate to you via text message (they prefer so) when it is ready to go and collect it.
