Raggi+visita ortopedica Faccio i raggi e a detta del personale di sportello non posso fare la visita in giornata e devo per forza prenotarla al cup. Chiamo il cup e mi viene detto che senza il rao ma con l'urgenza mi avrebbero dovuto aiutare senza passare tramite loro. Pessimi With URGENT referral. Rays + orthopedic visit I do the rays and according to the counter staff I cannot do the visit in the day and I have to book it at the cup. I call the cup and I am told that without the rao but with the urgency they should have helped me without going through them. Bad

m	marina marina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata in questo accogliente ospedale per quasi un mese a seguito di una forma abbastanza grave di covid pur se vaccinata . Purtroppo eravamo in due e la seconda persona molto più grave. Nonostante le difficoltà legate alla malattia ( per giorni e' stato necessario usare il casco in terapia subintensiva) siamo stati curati con dedizione e, oserei dire , affetto ,da tutto lo staff sia medico che infermieristico e ospedaliero. Ci hanno fatto tutti sentire a casa e in un mese di terapie, non sempre piacevoli, non e' mai mancata la attenzione fino a portarci alla guarigione in situazioni non sempre facili con tutta la capacità e professionalità ed esperienza che va riconosciuta al personale del reparto pneumologia. Che dire? Senza questa professionalità non ce l' avremmo mai fatta e pertanto non posso che elogiare tutto lo staff del reparto pneumologia con sincera gratitudine . Medici ed infermieri con il sorriso, scherzosi e disponibilissimi. Anche alle casse stessa cosa. Segretaria super disponibile. Si proprio chiamare L’ospedale del sorriso. G	Giuseppe Borzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottori ed infermieri molto professionali, le oss dovrebbero rifare il corso, non sanno che cos'è l empatia ed i bisogni del malato, devo segnalare anche come mai portano l acqua nel boccale è bicchiere di vetro come si faceva almeno 30 anni fa (non igienico sanitario) , alla richiesta di un girello per aiutarmi a camminare dopo che ero operato da un giorno le oss mi rispondono che non hanno disponibilità, ti stressano già da dopo operazione di camminare perché devi andare via (le oss). Mi fa pensare che i dottori non sanno di questa realtà scadente che affligge le operatrici sanitarie , Peccato!!! l ospedale ha una struttura molto innovativa ma ci vorrebbe più controllo .
