★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di visitare la cantina Sondelaite .Durante la visita dei vigneti, i proprietari Diana e Giacomo ( persone eccezionali) mi spiegavano che il KRONÍL 1703, è un 100% Chardonnay di montagna di produzione artigianale. La vinificazione viene fatta in parte in acciaio ed in parte in barrique e seguono 4 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia. Al naso risaltano sentori di mela verde, fiori di sambuco e gelsomino. Al palato il gusto risulta pieno, fresco e con una buona sapidità. Veramente complimenti.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Sondelaite winery. During the visit of the vineyards, the owners Diana and Giacomo (exceptional people) explained to me that the KRONÍL 1703 is a 100% handcrafted mountain Chardonnay. The vinification is done partly in steel and partly in barrique and followed by 4 months of aging in the bottle. On the nose, hints of green apple, elderflower and jasmine stand out. On the palate the taste is full, fresh and with a good flavor. Really congratulations.
