Inizio così la recensione, perché in cantina si va per quello, se poi aggiungiamo la cordialità e la preparazione di Lia e Remo (i proprietari), il gioco è fatto. Una bellissima esperienza, sicuramente da consigliare. Exceptional wines! So I start the review, because that's what you go to the cellar, if we then add the friendliness and preparation of Lia and Remo (the owners), that's it. M	Mimmo Fici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo produttore di vino erbaluce Il San Giorgio é stato premiato come miglior spumante d'Italia nel 2006 oltre che riconoscimenti nazionali, europei e mondiali per gli altri vini tra i quali segnalo l'ottimo passito di #erbaluce, un vero elisir dell'amore, come tanti l'hanno soprannominato. É possibile prenotare visite guidate e degustazioni. Consiglio la degustazione dei vini abbinata ai prodotti tipici locali del canavese, quali i torcetti di Aglie', i formaggi del produttore Villa ed i salam patata...consigliatissimo. Excellent producer of erbaluce wine San Giorgio was awarded as the best sparkling wine in Italy in 2006 as well as national, European and world awards for the other wines among which I point out the excellent passito of #erbaluce, a true elixir of love, as many have nicknamed. It is possible to book guided tours and tastings. I recommend tasting the wines combined with typical local products of the Canavese area, such as the torcetti di Aglie ', the cheeses of the producer Villa and the potato salam ... highly recommended.

Siamo rimasti veramente colpiti positivamente dalla visita. Siamo stati guidati dalla proprietaria nella vigna e nelle varie sale spiegando in modo molto coinvolgente la storia dell'azienda e della lavorazione del vino. Successivamente si è svolta la degustazione, vini ottimi accompagnati da varie specialità locali. Intanto il proprietario ci ha intrattenuto raccontando la storia dell'azienda. Siamo stati circa 3 ore e sono volate, veramente colpiti dalla cortesia e dagli ottimi prodotti. Ovviamente non potevamo andare senza prendere l'ottimo vino da portare a casa. Consiglio la visita per la cortesia, l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la storia e passione dei proprietari. The choice to visit this winery was rather random as my partner and I did not know the area. We were really impressed with the visit. We were guided by the owner in the vineyard and in the various rooms explaining in a very engaging way the history of the company and of the wine making. Subsequently the tasting took place, excellent wines accompanied by various local specialties. Meanwhile, the owner entertained us by telling the story of the company. We were about 3 hours and they flew by, really impressed by the courtesy and the excellent products. Of course we couldn't go without getting the excellent wine to take home. I recommend the visit for the courtesy, the excellent quality / price ratio and for the history and passion of the owners.

L’esperienza è stata superba dall’inizio alla fine, con spiegazioni approfondite e cura in ogni dettaglio. La passione, le conoscenze tecniche, persino gli aneddoti familiari del Sig. Remo hanno reso la visita davvero speciale, per non parlare dei filari che con i colori dell’autunno erano davvero suggestivi. Erano ottimi sia i vini (tra cui Calliope, Ingenuus, San Giorgio, T, e l’immancabile passito) sia i prodotti locali dolci e salati a cui sono stati sapientemente abbinati. Torneremo sicuramente! My family and I took the vineyard and cellars tour and a tasting followed. The experience was superb from start to finish, with in-depth explanations and attention to every detail. The passion, the technical knowledge, even the family anecdotes of Mr. Remo made the visit truly special, not to mention the rows that with the autumn colors were truly suggestive. Both the wines (including Calliope, Ingenuus, San Giorgio, T, and the inevitable passito) and the sweet and savory local products to which they were expertly combined were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Notevole anche l' erbaluce, un bianco che trova la sua miglior espressione nella versione 3 anni di invecchiamento in acciaio e note floreali consistenti. Eccezionale il passito in versione riserva. Competenza e disponibilità completano un servizio veramente eccellente. Which have a spectacular Nebbiolo, which derives from the Novara vineyards, which after a 3-year refinement can accompany important dishes of roasts and game, but also be enjoyed as a digestive at the end of a meal. Also noteworthy is the erbaluce, a white that finds its best expression in the 3-year version of aging in steel and consistent floral notes. The reserve version of the passito is exceptional. Competence and availability complete a truly excellent service.

I vini sono eccellenti partendo dai bianchi fermi, passando agli ottimi metodi classici e finendo con i passiti strepitosi ed emozionanti. Il vino che più mi ha sorpreso è l'ineccepibile bianco macerato Ingenuus, che si è rivelato una grande scoperta ed un prodotto di ottima fattura. Ovviamente ho fatto abbondanti scorte di tutto quanto, ma credo che a breve tornerò a far loro visita per godere ancora di quel clima e di quella passione. I made a visit with tasting at Cieck and I was delighted by its products and by the competence and courtesy of Lia, who welcomed us with a unique kindness and availability. The wines are excellent starting from the still whites, passing to the excellent classic methods and ending with the sensational and exciting passito. The wine that surprised me most is the impeccable macerated white Ingenuus, which turned out to be a great discovery and a well-made product. Obviously I have stocked up with everything, but I think I'll be back to visit them shortly to enjoy that atmosphere and passion again.
