M	Marco Boni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima location dove gustare un buon bicchiere di vino in compagnia. Ovviamente hanno un'ottima selezione di vini del territorio. Il servizio è buono e l'estate è molto carino perché ci sono molti tavoli per stare fuori all'aperto. A volte fanno qualche evento anche con musica dal vivo. Non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio dato i numerosi posti macchina disponibili. Excellent location to enjoy a good glass of wine with friends. Obviously they have an excellent selection of local wines. The service is good and the summer is very nice because there are many tables for being outside. Sometimes they even do some events with live music. There are no problems with parking because of the many parking spaces available.

Mauro, persona dai modi accomodanti per usare un eufemismo. L'assistenza ricevuta, rende oggettiva la percezione di una "Disponibilità e Professionalità d'Eccezione" ad oggi difficilmente da me riscontrata (anche dagli stessi titolari delle cantine alle volte!), che porta su un piano di Estrema Piacevolezza il percorso enologico degustativo. Ora pasando ai vini, come anticipato assolutamente interessanti, si spazia tra un panorama molto vasto di rossi, bianchi e rosati, in una location curatissima, che delizia quindi sia il palato che la vista. Prezzi dai più accessibili a quelli di maggior impegno hanno fatto da cornice ad una visita da non perdere se si passa in Trentino. Ci siamo fatti consigliare dalla bravura e passione della sommelier Sara che ci ha guidato nel percorso di degustazione di 6 vini della cantina. Sorprendenti i bianchi fermi. Bella esperienza! ?? Essendo una enoteca non ci si può aspettare di mangiare particolarmente in abbondanza, essendo le degustazioni accompagnate solo da pezzetti di pizza. Ci venivano spiegati i vari vini (per tale ragione, più volte siamo andati via con delle casse di vino grazie), ci venivano serviti oltre ai calici, taglieri di salumi ,focaccine etc. Tutto benissimo. Ci siamo tornati oggi, ehhhh sorpresa. Ambiente diverso, molto più confusionale, non ti assistono più in nulla (non che ne avessimo bisogno), abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia e ci hanno portato (per accompagnare) dei quadrotti di pizzette fredde e rinsecchite che non le avrebbe mangiate neanche un cane randagio. Personale molto schivo e scazzato. Insomma, in linea con la ripresa da lock down....livello qualitativo offerto molto basso. Bene Cos'altro aggiungere, menomale che ci sono altre cantine in zona. L'architettura della cantina è davvero avveniristica, la disposizione dei luoghi è studiata sia per l'utilità che per il risparmio energetico. Sara ci ha accolto e guidato sia nella visita alla cantina e di tutte le caratteristiche che la contraddistinguono, sia nella successiva degustazione. È stata molto disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande e raccontandoci anche delle chicche e delle curiosità legate alla terra trentina, ai suoi viticoltori, alla produzione del vino e al vino stesso. La degustazione è stata un'esperienza coinvolgente e completa: dopo aver ascoltato tutto ciò che ci è stato raccontato abbiamo potuto apprezzare maggiormente colori, profumi, sapori e abbinamenti! Esperienza consigliata a tutti coloro che amano il vino, ma anche ai neofiti che vogliono avvicinarsi al mondo del vino trentino. My girlfriend and I went to this winery on March 26 having booked a tasting with visit that was given to us with a Smartbox box. The architecture of the cellar is truly futuristic, the layout of the places is designed for both utility and energy saving. Sara welcomed and guided us both in the visit to the cellar and all the characteristics that distinguish it, and in the subsequent tasting. She was very helpful, answering all our questions and also telling us about the goodies and curiosities related to the Trentino land, its winemakers, the production of wine and the wine itself. The tasting was an engaging and complete experience: after listening to everything that was told to us, we were able to appreciate more colors, aromas, flavors and combinations! Experience recommended for all those who love wine, but also for newbies who want to get closer to the world of Trentino wine.
