★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience we had at poggio el bosco. Despite it being harvest weekend Helena looked after us. We looked around a working winery, had a lovely relaxed tasting with lots of history and explanation from Helena. A must visit if in the area. Oh and the wine is wonderful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice winery with run by very friendly and helpful people! All their wine is organic and they will tell you all about the process of making said wine.
I sent a message via Google for a reservation and got a reply almost instantly.
They offer a nice selection of wines amongst which a surprising rosé and a masterful Chianti reserva and some other olive oil based based products.
All in all we had a great time there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at the winery. Because of the Harvest a full tasting was not possible. But we enjoyed a delicious wine out on the terras. Elena showed us the whole process of making wine with a lot of enthousiasm! We were actually lucky to be there during the harvest so we could see the cutting of the grapes, removal of the stems and taste the young wine/grape juice. The wines they produce taste great, we liked the eclisse and the crepuscolo the most! Thank you for the experience!
