Each time something is missing. Check the availability of your store. And try to understand the customer.

Ho inviato due mail a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Li chiamo per chiedere come fare, "sicuramente ha sbagliato indirizzo di posta elettronica" era giusto. Mi dicono di inviare un'altra email per specificare le richieste..spariti. oramai è scaduto anche il periodo per i reso e mi tengo il lettino diverso dagli altri. L'assistenza post vendita non funziona affatto. Ordered keter bed which I had already bought from them always. I realized that I had the wrong color of the bed. I have sent two emails to which I have never received a reply. I call them to ask how, "surely he has the wrong e-mail address" was right. They tell me to send another email to specify the requests .. gone. now the return period has also expired and I keep the cot different from the others. The after-sales service doesn't work at all.

Ho ordinato 3 metrature diverse di rete dal sito e pagato. Il giorno seguente mi hanno chiamato dicendo che la rete da 81 (19x19) non c è e mi propongono la 81 (12x12). Ovviamente se tutto il resto della rete della voliera è 19x19 xché dovrei prendere la 12x12? Gli propongo visto che l errore è il loro di sostituirla con la successiva metratura ma giustamente la voglio pagare come quella da 81 visto che i rimanenti 20cm li avrei buttati o non mi sarebbero comunque serviti. Il servizio clienti ha preferito annullare il mio ordine piuttosto che smenarci 5€ di differenza e tenersi il cliente. Questa era la terza volta che ordino online una cosa che poi non c è. Cercherò la rete altrove, pessimo servizio. I am forced to put a star because if I could I would not have put that one either. Bad management on the products present online. I ordered 3 different square footage from the site and paid. The next day they called me saying that the 81 (19x19) net is not there and they offered me the 81 (12x12). Obviously if all the rest of the aviary net is 19x19 why should I get the 12x12? I propose seeing that the mistake is theirs to replace it with the next square footage but rightly I want to pay it as the 81 cm one since I would have thrown away the remaining 20cm or I would not have needed it anyway. Customer service preferred to cancel my order rather than drop the € 5 difference and keep the customer. This was the third time I have ordered something online that is not there. I will try the network elsewhere, bad service.
L	Luca Pasquato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un prodotto tramite Amazon e ricevuto da questo esercizio... che dire .. non un buon servizio.. ricevuto pezzi danneggiati , confezione non integra e prodotto che probabilmente era in esposizione in quanto mio impolverato... direi le precedenti recensioni possono essere veritiere.. mi spiace Ordered a product through Amazon and received from this business ... what about .. not good service .. received damaged parts, packaging not intact and product that was probably on display as my dusty ... I would say the previous reviews may be truthful .. sorry
