★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Barbecue Sunday del valore di circa 2.200 Euro. Dopo averlo usato una volta sola le griglie in ferro si sono Letteralmente Arrugginite nonostante coperte da apposito telo di protezione.
Visto che il Barbecue è in Garanzia, ho esposto il problema e con molta sufficienza mi hanno liquidato con una mail dicendomi che il pezzo difettoso non rientra in Garanzia.
Poca serietà e professionalità, visto che la Garanzia legale è di 24 Mesi.
Sarò costretta, mio malgrado, ad agire per vie legali.
Da evitare, davvero poca serietà.
29/06 A tutt'oggi non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna Vs chiamata per il difetto di conformità relativo al pezzo difettoso. Questo è il vostro modus operandi, la poca professionalità che vi contraddistingue.
Il ns legale vi contatterà a breve per risolvere la problematica relativa alla garanzia.
Delusione totale.
21/07 Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna chiamata o mail dalla direzione di Edil Flagiello, così trattano I clienti.
Evitate di acquistare da queste persone, poca serietà e professionalità.
18/11 Dopo essere stati contattati dal ns legale di fiducia, il pezzo difettoso Finalmente è stato sostituito in Garanzia come prevede la normativa vigente.
I bought a Sunday Barbecue worth around 2,200 Euros. After using it only once, the iron grids have literally rusted despite being covered by a special protective sheet.
Since the Barbecue is under warranty, I exposed the problem and quite sufficiently they liquidated me with an email telling me that the defective piece is not covered by the warranty.
Little seriousness and professionalism, given that the legal guarantee is 24 months.
I will be forced, in spite of myself, to take legal action.
To be avoided, very little seriousness.
29/06 To date we have not received any call from you regarding the lack of conformity relating to the defective part. This is your modus operandi, the lack of professionalism that distinguishes you.

Total disappointment.

Avoid buying from these people, little seriousness and professionalism.

Complex well stocked with everything and more. After touring half the province (or perhaps region) for a wood stove, I found it, bought it and had it delivered by Flagiello. Sales staff, trained and competent. Very satisfied.
