Nel mio piccolo continuerò sempre a spendere dai piccoli e sani produttori locali per sostenerli nelle loro meravigliose attività.
Prodotti come quelli del caseificio Marcantonio sono ormai pressoché introvabili e sono disposta a fare tanti km di auto pur di poter gustare prodotti autentici come i suoi.
A real oasis in the desert. This dairy, like many other small businesses in the area, should be protected as endangered assets.
In my small way I will always continue to spend from small and healthy local producers to support them in their wonderful activities.
Products like those of the Marcantonio dairy are now almost impossible to find and I am willing to drive many kilometers to be able to taste authentic products like yours.
