★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per festeggiare il mio compleanno ho scelto questo ristorante e devo dire che sono rimasta un po’ delusa. Location spettacolare, menu dello chef buono anche se non lo abbiamo mai visto uscire dalla cucina per salutare gli ospiti e ci sarebbe piaciuto conoscerlo. Il servizio ai tavoli potrebbe migliorare ma la nota dolente sono i vini. Noi abbiamo scelto il menu dello chef (“carta bianca”) composta da 12 portate e l’abbinamento dei vini (uno dei più cari 85 euro a testa). Con 12 piatti ci hanno portato solo 4 calici di vino e devo dire vino non sempre all’altezza del piatto. Peccato perché mi ha lasciato quell’ amaro in bocca che non mi aspettavo da questa serata.
 To celebrate my birthday I chose this restaurant and I must say that I was a little disappointed. Spectacular location, good chef's menu even though we never saw him come out of the kitchen to greet guests and we would have loved to have known him. The table service could improve but the sore point are the wines. We chose the chef's menu ("white card") consisting of 12 courses and the wine pairing (one of the most expensive 85 euros each). With 12 dishes they brought us only 4 glasses of wine and I must say wine not always up to the plate. Too bad because it left that bitterness in my mouth that I did not expect from this evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad food. Not micheilin star restaurant for sure if you consider the bad food quality (risotto raw) and cheap service from the waiters (wrong order). Please note there where like 6 waiters for 8 tablea. Not a good expirience for sure, specially if you pay almost everithing when we where angry and upset for each dish they bring us.
Till now i don’t know how did they get the star.
Go anywhere else will be better and cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were shocked to stumble upon this place, a Michelin restaurant in the middle of the Tuscan Hills. When we went, there were two tasting options available; we each had one with the wine pairing. There was also a full menu but it’s hard to pass a tasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and provided my credit card details online to secure the booking. The following day I received an email from the restaurant asking me to complete a PDF document with my credit card details, sign it and return it. A bit difficult to do when on holiday with only a mobile phone and unnecessary given I had already provided my details online. The restaurant insisted this was their policy and reminded me of their Michelin star. I found the booking process unfriendly and didn’t like the careless approach to the handling of my personal data so I cancelled the booking. No shortage of alternatives to choose from in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served in a room dating back centuries, the fare, by course ranged from very good to to so good. Appeared to be trying to hard to work ingredients together to make small masterpieces which in some cases worked and others missed. Overall enjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to enjoy our experience at this restaurant. The day before we had an amazing lunch at a Michelin star restaurant in Montalcino. However, the culinary experience at this restaurant had us wondering how on earth anyone rated this place more than 3 stars, let alone assigned it a Michelin star. For those looking for an authentic, delicious Tuscan dinner, do not come here. The food was not good. The bread provided with the meal was amazing. Marco, our waiter, was out of this world. The whole experience was good because of him. The rest? Unfortunately, if you value your money and tastebuds, avoid this restaurant.
