★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prenotato online tutto ok, l'indirizzo dice stazione di San Benedetto invece è sbagliato perché si trova a Porto D'Ascoli ,personale molto disponibile a farti contento nelle tue richieste, peccato le regole de la compagnia troppo rigide.
Or booked online, everything is ok, the address says San Benedetto station but it's wrong because it is in Porto D'Ascoli, very helpful staff to make you happy in your requests, too bad the rules of the company too strict.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come storico utilizzatore del Renting cars Penso AVIS faccia la sua parte, ma come Tutte le cose al di là del nome sono le persone che contano e qui troviamo Andrea che è un bravo "problem solving" che riesce nel 99% dei casi a trovare una soluzione ottimale al cliente Buon Noleggio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea sempre è stato molto gentile, ma oggi c'era una ragazza che era la prima volta che la vedevo e mi ha fatto pagare un giorno extra per aver riconsegnato la macchina 40min più tardi del previsto (secondo quello che diceva il contratto) anche se la macchina la tenevo affitata da oltre un mese e mezzo e pure la prima volta che l'ho ritirata fu 2 ore più tardi di quello ch'era stampato sul contratto... Li ho chiesto di chiamare a Andrea per controllare quello che le dicevo ma non ha voluto... Comunque mi ha fatturato un giorno in più (EUR 11) che non è granché ma il punto non è il prezzo seno il tratto incoerente per uno che ti ha affittato una macchina per così tanto tempo... Dispiace perche sino a oggi ero molto soddisfatto, ma certe persone hanno il dono di rovinare relazioni, perciò non dovessero mai lavorare trattando il pubblico perche non hanno coscienza, modali e coerenza... Avete perso un cliente serio, solvente e di buona ricorrenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato velocemente e senza intoppi , personale gentile e disponibile. L unica cosa le auto si trovano a circa 100 metri dall agenzia quindi in caso di pioggia purtroppo ci si deve armare di ombrello e ritrovare l' auto parcheggiata che avete appena noleggiato...
