Ho ritirato una macchina a Pavia con consegna a San Benedetto. 2 giorni dopo la consegna, sono stati trattenuti ben 50 euro dal mio deposito, senza alcuna chiamata di avvertimento o spiegazione. A tal punto ho telefonato per chiedere delucidazioni, e l'operatore che mi ha risposto non ha ascoltato minimamente la mia versione dei fatti, anzi continuava ad insistere con la sua teoria, addirittura con tono sarcastico. Di conseguenza mi sono rivolta immediatamente al customer service, che, gentilissimi, mi hanno ascoltato con pazienza, assistito e hanno immediatamente provveduto al rimborso della somma trattenuta. NON AFFIDATEVI ALLA SEDE DI SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Rude staff, impatient, and unable to listen to the customer. A	Alessandro Carosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno Non posso più scrivere il survey quindi lasciero’ il mio resoconto dell’ esperienza qui, il servizio e’ stato orrendo, il giorno in cui dovevamo prendere la macchina nonostante fossimo in tempo fummo trattati male dall’ impiegato dicendoci che eravamo in ritardo quando arrivammo 20 minuti prima che chiudesse e quando glielo facemmo notare ci disse senza neanche scusarsi che doveva andare a riprendere i figli a scuola, per quanto possa capire la situazione non posso accettare di essere stato ingannato e trattato come se fossi in colpa quando eravamo nel giusto e i clienti che pagavano, recentemente abbiamo avuto un problema con la carta di credito per pagare una multa quando avevamo affittato la macchina all’ Europcar di San Benedetto del Tronto, invece di aiutarci ci hanno scaricato il problema dicendo di contattare la sede centrale quando e’ ovvio che era un problema che dovevano risolvere loro. Esperienza orribile e non torneremo più, la prossima volta che ritorno a casa affitterò la macchina da un altro auto noleggi. Horrible experience and we will never go back, next time I come home I will rent the car from another car hire.

Qualche giorno dopo vengo contattato perché non disponibile e che sarei stato rimborsato a breve, da quasi un mese dalla prenotazione dopo chiamate email su email ancora devo RIAVERE INDIETRO I MIEI SOLDI. Non si lavora così con i clienti. Pessima esperienza. I made a prepaid booking for a van that was available on the portal, booking made on 09/14/2021. (No bitching about returning a car a bit late). Also very straightforward to help by calling back to notify you if car became available when no pre-order was made
