Prima, vista su motore di ricerca e poi, successivamente, di persona dopo aver contattato il consulente per l'usato.
In Gian Luca Cairo ho trovato un referente gentile e competente che mi ha assistito in ogni fase dell'acquisto. Dalla normativa in vigore per Iva agevolata al passaggio del mio vecchio usato, oltre ad ogni aspetto della Contryman naturalmente. Ottimo.

Denis che ha seguito la trattativa è stato gentile, professionale e soprattutto disponibile. E' venuto incontro alle mie richieste e all'atto dell'acquisto mi ha incluso un set di tappetini come omaggio. L'ambiente è accogliente e gli impiegati impeccabili. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine aprile, chiamo per Mini Countryman sd all4 18 mesi di vita, 24000 km, come si dice praticamente nuova. L'auto mi piace, visto il periodo di scarsità, poche storie la prendo. Ci accordiamo per lucidatura, verniciatura paraurti ant. per salto vernice a seguito di strisciata e sostituzione gomme usurate. 10 GG ritiro la macchina. Fantastico 4 gomme nuove, lavori fatti. Da subito leggo il dot delle gomme: 2017, a 6 anni le gomme le butti ma vabbè sono per lo meno con battistrada nuovo. Fine della stagione delle piogge, viene fuori come la verniciatura è stata fatta. Verniciato il paraurti, nella superficialità della preconsegna non si sono accorti che il bordo lungo quanto una mano del cofano è praticamente grattato. Domanda: come fa un carrozziere BMW a non rendersi conto che il danno è sia su cofano che su paraurti? Risposta: può capitare non se n'è accorto nessuno, è comunque un usato. I rigidi controlli Mini Next non sono poi così rigidi.
Ricapitolando: quando acquisti un'auto sono sempre nuove, se segnali un difetto a distanza di giorni sono usati come se avessero 8 anni; se ti accorgi del difetto precontratto bene lo sistemiamo, dopo è un grandissimo pazienza. Se il difetto è segnalato su un punto, non sperare mai che il punto affianco con un problema venga sistemato. Se non controllano la carrozzeria, la meccanica vede questi scrupolosi controlli?
Era la seconda Mini da AutoVanti/Penske, prima Monza, ora Bologna. Ecco, almeno qui, non ci sarà la terza.
End of April, I call for Mini Countryman sd all4 18 months of life, 24000 km, practically new as they say. I like the car, given the period of scarcity, I take a few stories. We agree for polishing, painting of the front bumper. for skipping paint following swiping and replacement of worn tires. 10 days I collect the car. Fantastic 4 new tires, works done. I immediately read the dot of the tires: 2017, at the age of 6 you throw the tires but oh well they are at least with a new tread. End of the rainy season, it turns out how the painting was done. Having painted the bumper, in the superficiality of the pre-delivery they did not notice that the edge as long as a hand of the bonnet is practically scratched. Question: How does a BMW body builder not realize that the damage is on both the bonnet and the bumper? Answer: it can happen that no one has noticed, it is still a used one. The rigid Mini Next controls aren't all that rigid.
In summary: when you buy a car they are always new, if you report a defect after days they are used as if they were 8 years old; if you notice the pre-contracted defect we will fix it well, after a great deal of patience. If the defect is reported on one point, never hope that the next point with a problem will be fixed. If they don't check the bodywork, does the mechanics see these scrupulous checks?
It was the second Mini from AutoVanti / Penske, first Monza, now Bologna. Here, at least here, there will be no third.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in holiday when I visit you for a diagnose. the service engineer told me I must replace turbocharger, intercooler, EGR valve, Intake manifold, particle filter in total 6000 euro just the spare parts. I took the risk and I come to Germany to another dealership, they checked everything in more than 2 hours not in 15 minutes like you did, and just the particle filter was overloaded. The other components was tested and are ok. You treated the diagnose like a joke. I'm also engineer in automotive and I know a few things about cars. Shame on you!
