A novembre andai a guardare i campioni, e dopo aver ricevuto l'offerta mi contattano diverse volte per dirmi che per avere il materiale entro dicembre dovevo fare l'ordine entro il 20 novembre. così ho fatto.. dopo non li sento più, li richiamo e mi fanno la fattura di acconto, non ho capito se me l'hanno già ordinato o meno, quindi per velocizzare pago la fattura di acconto... Mi dicono che fanno chiusura di Natale e che prima del 24 dicembre non sanno se riescono a consegnarmi... Dopo che ho pagato l'acconto???? ad ogni modo cercano di venirmi incontro, li ringrazio.. poi oggi chiamo nuovamente perchè il falegname mi ritarda la consegna di 2 giorni e improvvisamente non si può più fare nulla. la persona al telefono mi dice che ha altri clienti che gli danno da lavorare tutto l'anno, mi dice che sembra che gli ho dato il valore della casa e invece si tratta di un piccolo acconto. Insomma mi tratta quasi a pesci in faccia. Dico che possiamo ricominciare il discorso cambiando i toni della conversazione ma niente, il signore ha altro di più importante, evidentemente.. A quel punto ho disdetto l'ordine ma mi trovo in seria difficoltà perchè non ho modo di fare un altro ordine in tempo per dicembre.
Unfortunately I find myself forced to give a very negative review to this supplier. In November I went to look at the samples, and after receiving the offer they contact me several times to tell me that to have the material by December I had to place the order by November 20. so I did .. after I don't hear them anymore, I call them back and they make me the down payment invoice, I didn't understand if they have already ordered it or not, so to speed up I pay the down payment invoice ... They tell me that they are closing Christmas and before December 24th they don't know if they can deliver me ... After I paid the deposit ???? anyway they try to meet me, I thank them .. then today I call again because the carpenter delays my delivery by 2 days and suddenly nothing can be done. the person on the phone tells me that he has other clients who give him work all year round, he tells me that it seems that I have given him the value of the house and instead it is a small deposit. In short, he treats me almost to fish in the face. I say that we can start the conversation again by changing the tone of the conversation but nothing, the gentleman has something else more important, obviously .. At that point I canceled the order but I find myself in serious difficulty because I have no way to place another order in time for December.
