Concessionaria come non se ne vedono altre in giro,molto futurista negli arredi,personale informato e cordiale all'altezza del marchio che rappresentano. Non comodissima la posizione ma è l'unico neo.
Dealership like no other around, very futuristic in furnishings, knowledgeable and friendly staff up to the mark they represent. The location is not very convenient but it is the only drawback.

Bel posto, elegante e accogliente. Personale all'altezza del brand. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto un po' impressione è la presenza di un solo veicolo in esposizione. Hanno venduto tutto.
Nice place, elegant and welcoming. Staff worthy of the brand. The only thing that made a bit of an impression on me is the presence of only one vehicle on display. They sold everything.

Wanneer je alle reviews leest dan zie je de trend al. Wanneer iemand een nieuwe Tesla gaat kopen wordt je top geholpen, klanten zijn in een euforische staat. Ik zie ook alleen maar foto's van nieuwe auto's en een mooie showroom. Het wordt al minder wanneer er storingen zijn binnen de garantie. Maar wanneer de garantie is verlopen wordt de klant belangrijke financiële bron van inkomsten en omzet. Analyse stellen kost je al 3 uur tegen 110 euro per uur exclusief BTW. Wanneer je echt pech hebt doen ze dat na het verhelpen van de storing nog een keer om uit te sluiten dat er andere storingen zijn. Of het stellen van een diagnose op de juiste manier gebeurd is natuurlijk voor een klant niet inzichtelijk. Doorlooptijd voor het vervangen van de koeling compressor is inmiddels al 12 dagen. Auto staat er nog steeds een moet nog worden opgehaald (vanuit Nederland). Wat de aanleiding of oorzaak is van het defect kan niet worden duidelijk gemaakt. Buiten de garantie neemt niemand meer verantwoordelijkheid: noch Tesla, noch de onderdelenleverancier, noch Tesla service. Betaal maar gewoon. € 1650 exclusief BTW + 330 voor tweede diagnose. Referentie: klant uit Nederland waarbij de auto defect gaat tijdens vakantie. Tesla model X van 2018.12.
When you read all the reviews you can already see the trend. When someone is going to buy a new Tesla, you will be helped immensely, customers are in a euphoric state. I only see pictures of new cars and a nice showroom. It already decreases when there are malfunctions within the warranty. But when the warranty has expired, the customer becomes an important financial source of income and turnover. Making an analysis will cost you 3 hours at 110 euros per hour excluding VAT. If you are really unlucky, they will do it again after the malfunction has been resolved to rule out other malfunctions. It is of course not clear to a customer whether making a diagnosis is done in the right way. Lead time for replacing the cooling compressor is now 12 days. The car is still there, one has yet to be picked up (from the Netherlands). The cause or cause of the defect cannot be made clear. Outside the warranty, no one takes any more responsibility: neither Tesla, nor the parts supplier, nor Tesla service. Just pay. €1650 excluding VAT + 330 for second diagnosis. Professionalità e disinvoltura allo stesso tempo. Area espositiva luminosa ed elegante con articoli davvero unici e davvero di altissimo livello. Si vede assolutamente che è una azienda creata da un visionario. Consiglio di andarci lasciando a casa la carta di credito... Rischi di uscire a bordo di una Tesla!

Gentilezza, competenza e velocità! Piccolo problemino alla mia Model 3 con la porta di ricarica. Particolari incriminati sostituiti in garanzia. Problema risolto, lounge con divanetti, internet ad alta velocità, caffè Nespresso e acqua a disposizione, bagni da grand Hotel .... che volete di più???
Kindness, competence and speed! Small problem with my Model 3 with the charging port. Indicted parts replaced under warranty. Problem solved, lounge with sofas, high speed internet, Nespresso coffee and water available, grand Hotel bathrooms .... what more do you want ???
