★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso appuntamento, fatto un'ora e mezza di macchina per andare a vedere e acquistare una macchina in pronta consegna e al mio arrivo mi viene detto che è stata venduta. Avrei gradito mi fosse fatta una telefonata per avvisarmi di ciò senza perdere tempo e soldi invano. Poca professionalità.
 We made an appointment, drove an hour and a half to go and see and buy a car ready for delivery and upon my arrival I am told that it has been sold. I would have liked a phone call to notify me of this without wasting time and money in vain. Little professionalism.

Ovviamente macchina riportata a casa senza tagliandarla.

Dato che abito a 1 ora e mezza di macchina da Legnago la maggior parte delle trattative si sono svolte via telematica, cosa che di questi tempi capita sempre più spesso anche per altri motivi, ma sono sempre stati chiari e puntuali. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incommentabili. Volevo acquistare una Passat, ma mi viene risposto che non è un articolo che si vende spesso e quindi non hanno un esemplare presente in struttura tantomeno un depliant. Fino qui nulla di strano, la vergogna arriva quando mentre sto chiedendo una quotazione, il venditore maleducatamente mi interrompe rispondendo ad una telefonata. Peccato, in meno di un'ora mi sono rivolto ad altra concessionaria ed ho acquistato la mia nuova Passat full optional. C'è tanta gente in giro in cerca di lavoro, questo maleducato mandatelo a casa.
Incommentable. I wanted to buy a Passat, but I am told that it is not an item that is sold often and therefore they do not have an example present in the structure, let alone a brochure. So far nothing strange, the shame comes when while I'm asking for a quote, the seller rudely interrupts me by answering a phone call. Too bad, in less than an hour I went to another dealership and bought my new full optional Passat. There are so many people around looking for work, this rude send him home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver mandato la mail per essere interessato ad un'autovettura, chiamo ulteriormente al centralino e mi fissano l'appuntamento, per la settimana successiva con il venditore a Rovigo, in vicinanza alla mia residenza. Mi presento a Rovigo e l'auto non c'è.... e il venditore non sa niente.. Richiamo a Legnago e nessuno sa darmi una spiegazione, nonostante mail di conferma. Complimenti per la professionalità e serietà. Ho capito che la macchina è stata venduta a chi volevate Voi, ma almeno non prendete in giro la gente e far perdere del tempo. Bastava un colpo di telefono o una mail per il disguido. Buona crescita
After sending the email to be interested in a car, I call the switchboard further and they set an appointment for the following week with the seller in Rovigo, near my residence. I show up in Rovigo and the car is not there .... and the seller does not know anything .. I call in Legnago and no one can give me an explanation, despite confirmation emails. Congratulations for the professionalism and seriousness. I understood that the car was sold to whoever you wanted, but at least don't make fun of people and waste time. All it took was a phone call or an email for the mistake. Good growth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è pure troppo per recensire l'esperienza negativa maturata con questa concessionaria. Poco prima di Natale manifesto un reale interesse per l'acquisto immediato di un' autovettura audi Q3 nuova. Aspetto qualche giorno per ricevere una mail di risposta come da accordi con il venditore. Telefono due volte e la segretaria "stranamente" non riesce a contattare il venditore, assicurandomi di chiamarmi il giorno seguente. I giorni seguenti mi ritrovo costretto a richiamare personalmente ricevendo false scuse per aver già venduto il veicolo. Ritengo irrispettosa l'attenzione verso il cliente e la mancanza di serietà mi obbliga a non consigliare a nessuno questa concessionaria!
One star is too much to review the negative experience gained with this dealership. Shortly before Christmas, I show a real interest in the immediate purchase of a new Audi Q3 car. I wait a few days to receive a reply email as agreed with the seller. I call twice and the secretary "strangely" fails to contact the salesperson, making sure to call me the next day. The following days I find myself forced to call back personally receiving false apologies for having already sold the vehicle. I consider the attention towards the customer disrespectful and the lack of seriousness obliges me not to recommend this dealership to anyone!
