Se cercate una Seat o Skoda, questo è un posto da valutare e visitate assolutamente. I have never met a more courteous, kind and polite person like Mr. Merlin who assisted me, despite not having had an appointment. If you are looking for a Seat or Skoda, this is a place to evaluate and visit absolutely.

Auto acquistata (di un anno di vita) pur essendo, io, di un'altra città. Dopo 20 gg problema non risolvibile in garanzia dalla concessionaria della mia città e a primo acchito nemmeno da Seat Italia. La gentilezza, di Autoelle, nei panni della sig.ra Veronica ha fatto si che mi venisse prelevata direttamente a casa l'auto (con una bisarca a loro spese) e sistemato il guasto in pochi giorni; senza nessun costo a mio carico. Direi che non è da tutte le concessionarie (per esperienza) curare il cliente in post vendita come ha fatto Autoelle... Hanno guadagnato molti punti con un cliente che, anche se distante 150 km, la prossima auto andrà sicuramente ad acquistarla da loro. I can only say that the professionalism and attention to the customer in the after-sales service deserves a note of merit. Car purchased (one year old) even though I am from another city. After 20 days, the problem cannot be solved under warranty by the dealership in my city and at first glance not even by Seat Italia. The kindness of Autoelle, in the role of Ms Veronica, meant that the car was picked up directly at home (with a car transporter at their expense) and the breakdown was fixed in a few days; at no cost to me. I would say that it is not for all dealerships (from experience) to treat the customer after sales as Autoelle did ... They have earned a lot of points with a customer who, even if 150 km away, the next car will definitely go and buy it from them.

Mi ricordo che erano stati promessi due tagliandi gratis all'auto della mia amica. Abbiamo fatto un tagliando seat ibiza 1000 a benzina e sorpresa......240 euro. MAI PIU'. Chiedo scusa ad Elisa per avere consigliato questa concessionaria. So many words and promises in the wind, an estimate made on a piece of paper then disappeared. I remember two free coupons were promised to my friend's car. We had a seat ibiza 1000 petrol service and surprise ...... 240 euros. NEVER AGAIN'. Merlin e in tre giorni si è chiusa la trattativa! Il dopo è stato ancora più semplice grazie ad Annalisa che mi ha seguito in ogni passo e ha risolto ogni dubbio a livello burocratico e amministrativo! Al ritiro della vettura Veronica é stata più che esaustiva nello spiegare per filo e per segno tutto quello che c’era da sapere sulla macchina! Un team speciale che, anche dopo l’uscita dalla concessionaria, ha continuato ad essere presente per tutto! Meritano un grazie enorme! Super consigliato! There is very little to say, I felt at home! È bastato chiedere per avere documenti e news. Ringrazio anche per la precisione nello spiegarci le funzioni dell’auto, al momento della consegna. La nostra esperienza è questa e ritorneremo.
