Siamo capitati quasi per sbaglio alla Nissan e siamo usciti con le chiavi in mano. Avendo un'esigenza e una fretta particolare Luca ci ha reso tutto questo molto semplice. Sicuramente è diventato il nostro riferimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inclassificabili..ho portato la mia CX3 per cercare di risolvere un problema allo schermo che per i primi 15 min in cui la macchina era accesa,si continuava a riavviare..mi hanno risposto che avrebbero provato a fare un aggiornamento del sistema che avrebbe potuto risolvere o meno il problema.
Al momento del ritiro della macchina ma hanno risposto che durante l’aggiornamento lo schermo era diventato nero e non funzionava più nulla…niente radio,comandi,navigatore,Bluetooth…
Morale?? Devo sborsare di tasca mia più di 1000€ perché hanno risposto che il guasto non è dipeso da loro ma dal mal funzionamento della macchina. Almeno lo schermo prima funzionava..
Absolutely unclassifiable..I took my CX3 to try to fix a problem with the screen that kept restarting for the first 15 min when the machine was on..they replied that they would try to do a system update which would could or could not solve the problem.
When the machine was collected, they replied that during the update the screen had gone black and nothing was working anymore ... no radio, controls, navigator, Bluetooth ...
Moral?? I have to pay more than 1000 € out of my own pocket because they replied that the breakdown did not depend on them but on the malfunctioning of the machine. At least the screen worked before ..

Sempre disponibile anche nei giorni seguenti nel rispondere a varie domande sia per telefono che per messaggio. La macchina mi è stata consegnata in perfette condizioni e prima della consegna mi ha dato informazioni per l'utilizzo. Consiglio questa concessionaria.

The machine was delivered to me in perfect condition and gave me information on how to use it before delivery. I recommend this dealership.
