Avevo scelta limitata, in quanto avevo necessità di un buon usato, con una buona garanzia(24 mesi) e tassativamente a 7 posti. Tra le 3/4 appetibili e molto belle che ho visionato nel nord Italia, la mia scelta ha considerato oltre l'auto proposta, il valore aggiunto del venditore per la professionalità e serietà che mi ha trasmesso. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Alberto, anche per la disponibilità dimostrata in qualche "personalizzazione dell'auto", e la competenza dimostrata dall'inizio della trattativa fino alla consegna. Raccomando vivamente i fratelli Ortelli. Purchased a really nice range rover sport. Withdrawal of my used vehicle and satisfactory overall negotiation. I had limited choice, as I needed a good used, with a good warranty (24 months) and strictly 7 seats. Among the 3/4 attractive and very beautiful that I have seen in northern Italy, my choice has considered beyond the proposed car, the added value of the seller for the professionalism and seriousness that he transmitted to me. Personally I managed the negotiation with denis .. very kind, helpful and professional person. My experience for buying the Audi A3 was very positive. The car is beautiful and perfect. I was able to verify them personally and it reflected reality. The car is in exceptional condition for its 3 years of life. I recommend the ortelli auto to anyone. I drove 350 km of road from my province but it was worth it.

Ortelli Denis per avermi consigliato un Volvo XC90 del 2015 acquistato a fine ottobre è un'auto eccezionale 224 cavalli e nonostante l'età dell'auto è sempre stato celere nell'attivare la garanzia per due guasti subiti. In pochi giorni mi ha fatto prestare assistenza tecnica presso il concessionario Volvo vicino al concessionario di Ortelli Denis una volta l'alternatore e una volta la centralina fcl che controlla lo sterzo e il bloccasterzo elettrico avendo la sicurezza di sostituzione dei pezzi guasti con ricambi originali Volvo ed io nonostante gli ingenti danni ho speso poco più di 60 euro una volta per la cinghia dell'alternatore che è oggetto di consumo e la volta dopo per un aggiornamento del software dell'auto i danni complessivi ammontavano assieme a + di 1000 euro e quando ho fatto notare che i guasti erano in garanzia Denis si è prodigato celermente per fare fare i controlli del caso dal concessionario Volvo e appena riscontrato la realtà del guasto me l'ha fatta riparare celermente in garanzia per ben due volte, da tenere conto che non sono uno sprovveduto quando si guasta l'auto ho un meccanico di fiducia che mi assicura sull'intervento da riparare e Denis è sempre stato onesto e veloce nel risolvermi il problema. Sicuramente in futuro acquisterò ancora da Ortelli Denis e lo consiglio vivamente anche ai futuri clienti I have to congratulate Mr. Ortelli Denis for recommending a 2015 Volvo XC90 purchased at the end of October is an exceptional 224 horsepower car and despite the age of the car he has always been quick to activate the warranty for two failures.
