★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un furto in piena regola, prezzi altissimi, circa il doppio del prezzo medio, il cambio delle pasticche dei freni anteriori (che in qualsiasi sito non superano il costo di 40€) mi hanno fatto spendere 120€ per 15 minuti di lavoro, quando telefonicamente mi avevano detto 50€
A full-blown theft, very high prices, about double the average price, the change of the front brake pads (which on any site do not exceed the cost of 40 €) made me spend 120 € for 15 minutes of work, when by telephone they told me 50 €

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione verte su aspetti diversi dai soliti. Come hanno detto tanti altri, il servizio qui è top e l'officina è gestita bene e molto ordinata. Ma quello che mi fa mettere le 5 stelle è la mia esperienza personale. Ho subito un furto e il servizio che ho ricevuto è stato di estrema gentilezza, umanità e disponibilità. A Marco, il titolare, va il mio grazie e a tutto al suo staff che è stato davvero gentile in una situazione purtroppo spiacevole. Questo non è da tutti.
My review focuses on different aspects than usual. As many others have said, the service here is top-notch and the workshop is well managed and very tidy. But what gets me 5 stars is my personal experience. I suffered a theft and the service I received was of extreme kindness, humanity and availability. My thanks go to Marco, the owner, and to all his staff who were really kind in an unfortunate situation. This is not for everyone.
