Ho una lettera di richiesta "possibile anomalia nella mia dichiarazione del 2017". Ebbene ...chiedevo un appuntamento per poter capire a quale anomalia si fa riferimento. Reduce di un operatore Splendido di nome Andrea che anni fa mi ha aiutata nella gestione di un errore, pensavo mi aiutassero con un appuntamento. Non mi hanno dato appuntamento perchè una operatrice ha risposto che ci sono "un sacco di CAF a Legnago.". Sono davvero desolata perchè pensavo ci fossero competenti e disponibili come Andrea che aiutano il cittadino contribuente a capire visto che nel mio cassetto fiscale davvero non vedo comunicazioni. Cinque stelle per qualche operatore e 0 stelle per una operatrice che manco mi ha permesso di parlare e mi ha mandato al CAF. senza neppure guardare la lettera inviata dalla agenzia entrate.... La qualità la fa la persona ma di certo la Agenzia di Legnago ha persone di qualità e altre molto molto meno di qualità. Pazienza... Five stars for some operators and 0 stars for an operator who not even allowed me to speak and sent me to the CAF. without even looking at the letter sent by the revenue agency .... The quality is made by the person but certainly the Legnago agency has quality people and others much much less of quality. Patience...

Chi è stanco di lavorare, vada in pensione. Ma lavorare senza passione e conoscenza è un cattivo karma. Non lasciarti mai umiliare. Qualsiasi istituzione lavora per le nostre tasse. Nobody wants to work in this office without scandal. But employees forget that people can now be educated and know more than they do. Who is tired of working, retire. But working without passion and knowledge is bad karma. Never let yourself be humiliated. Any institution works for our taxes.
