Ricevuto il numero devi attendere e se va di fortuna (con 15 sportelli, di cui 4 occupati...gli altri 11 non si sa cosa stiano facendo :o ...) trovi una persona normale (spero), a me é capitata una cafona ... Si viene "accolti" dalla suddetta con uno sguardo torvo ed infastidito. Ad una semplice richiesta di informazione ho ricevuto una risposta con un tono supponente ed un fare seccato. Che vergogna e che tristezza rappresentare lo Stato in questo modo.
