★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverschämte & respektlose Arbeiter
Als wir unser Auto am frühen morgen abholen wollten wurden wir angeschrien erstmal wollte der Mitarbeiter nicht das Tor öffnen obwohl das Parkhaus 24 Stunden geöffnet hat.
Erst als wir eine Bewohnerin dazu geholt hatten öffnete der Arbeiter das Tor und beleidigte uns auf italienisch er benutzte sehr schlimme Wörter.
Noch nie in meinem Leben habe ich so etwas respektloses erlebt!
Dieses Parkhaus verdient nicht mal einen Stern.
Ich würde von diesem Parkhaus abraten!!!
 Insolent & disrespectful workers
When we wanted to pick up our car in the early morning, we were yelled at first the employee did not want to open the gate even though the parking garage is open 24 hours.
Only when we brought in a resident did the worker open the gate and insult us in Italian, using very bad words.
I've never seen anything so disrespectful in my life!
This parking garage doesn't even deserve a star.
I would advise against this parking garage!

Il carrello sotto era evidentemente difettoso e nel farlo uscire dalla macchina si è incastrato, tolto di forza, macchina rigata. Audi A3, nemmeno così bassa. Danno non quantificabile in quanto davvero minimo (portata dal meccanico il giorno dopo per verificare, tanto di foto) ma comunque macchina rigata e bruttissima esperienza.
Per non parlare dei 3€ di area C pagati e nessun tagliando rilasciato.
La scortesia è di casa.
Se il danno fosse stato più grave denuncia assicurata.
Recensire così è il minimo.
THE MACHINE HAVE BEEN STRIKED
The undercarriage underneath was obviously defective and in getting it out of the machine it got stuck, forcefully removed, scratched machine. Audi A3, not even that low. Damage that cannot be quantified as it is very minimal (brought to the mechanic the next day to check, lots of photos) but still scratched car and very bad experience.
Not to mention the 3 € of area C paid and no coupons issued.
Unkindness is at home.
If the damage had been more serious, insured complaint.
To review like this is the minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Milaan. Op ongeveer 15 min lopen van alle hotspots. Je auto wordt geparkeerd voor je. Let op, je moet je auto sleutel achter laten. Dus als je dat niet vervelend vind is dit een prima plaats om te parkeren. Wij hebben het prima ervaren hier.
Perfect location in the center of Milan. About 15 min walk from all hotspots. Your car will be parked for you. Please note, you must leave your car key behind. So if that doesn't bother you, this is a great place to park. We had a great experience here.
