 You stay three hours and they make you pay 5 and when I asked for an explanation he replied that 1 minute more is calculated for the whole hour .. for my opinion scammers, never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Economico ed in una buona posizione (vicino metro Turati) ma il personale è un po' sbrigativo. Non ho mai parcheggiato da loro e l'addetto mi ha urlato STOP! e poi, dopo avermi dato un biglietto stile anni 70, mi ha dato informazioni su dove parcheggiare molto in fretta e in maniera non chiara. Eppure bastava dire "salga su verso l'uscita ma prenda la prima a sinistra anziché uscire e parcheggi ovunque tranne che nei posti riservati".
Parcheggi molto stretti, occhio se tenete alle portiere...
Cheap and in a good location (near Turati metro) but the staff is a bit hasty. I never parked at them and the attendant yelled at me STOP! and then, after giving me a 70s-style ticket, he gave me information on where to park very quickly and unclearly. Yet it was enough to say "go up to the exit but take the first left instead of going out and park anywhere except in reserved places".
Very tight parking spaces, watch out for the doors ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff take rudeness to new heights, spaces are a little tight and in some areas not well defined what is reserved and what is not. When you ask the "gentleman" in the kiosk he waves his hand like the queen of England summoning a servant which I interpret as go away and stop bothering me

Parking in this place is the worst idea ever. Being rather expensive for what it offers, rhe custodian would insist and force you to park upstairs of the garage where space is really limited and tight. I had to park in a small spot and within 3 hours they were able to park another car close 10 cm (!!!) on side of my car. I had even difficulties to enter again into my vehicle, even if my car is small size. Once I was out of this hole, I discovered that the right side-panel had gotten a deep scratch caused by the awkward maneuver of the driver of the car close by that supposedly had to park in the last narrow spot (maximizing profit is put on top of everything here..).
Eventually I tryed to contact management and the custodians several times, wrote mails just to understand if I could access their cameras in order to contact the insurance of the other driver and have a proof of the damage..they are still completelly ignoring me after several tryes, as I would always get the answer to call back the following day when the owner would be there.
Now I’m even thinking to involve a legal in order to protect the next victims of expensive car damages from these lousy tricksters...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst parking garage in Italy. The employees are rude and arrogant. If you politely ask for a parking space, you are allowed to park your car in the upper floor, where there is not enough space, even for a MINI. There is a minimum distance between the cars so that scratches and dents are guaranteed. Please avoid this overpriced and overcrowded parking garage. You are guaranteed to come back with a demolished car and nobody in the parking garage feels responsible. They just send you away.
Unfortunately, I have never received an answer to my numerous requests to comment or to release video recordings in order to hold those responsible for demolishing my car to account.
So please avoid this parking garage.
