Dispone di oltre 7 mila posti auto interrati, in un'area ben tenuta. L'unica pecca, specialmente la prima volta che vi si accede, è la moltitudine di varchi sotterranei di accesso a varie zone del parcheggio, che potrebbero creare confusione (es: varco carico-scarico merci, varco parcheggi privati, varco parcheggi dello Shopping District). Ad ogni modo la sosta qui è assolutamente consigliata se siete in zona e non sapete dove parcheggiare. Il costo è corretto e molto competitivo per un'area del genere a Milano.
