R	Rinaldo Marras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito della sostituzione della sonda lambda, mentre viaggiavo dopo pochi Km ha ceduto il tubo di scarico, che si è accartocciato; alla fine ho dovuto sostituirlo a mie spese. In un'altra occasione si era rotto un tubo dell'impianto di raffreddamento ed è stato sostituito con un tubo non adeguato alle alte temperature che avrebbe dovuto sopportare, mentre viaggiavo si spacca e il motore si surriscalda esageratamente, cosa che a momenti mi fa partire il motore. Probabilmente, quando portavo le mie macchine in quell'officina, c'erano diversi ragazzi giovani che non avevano sufficiente esperienza e che forse andavano seguiti maggiormente. In entrambi i casi i proprietari, non hanno fatto il minimo gesto per venirmi incontro alle spese dei danni ed ovviamente non sono più tornato in quell'officina. Following the replacement of the lambda probe, while I was traveling after a few kilometers the exhaust pipe gave out, which was crumpled; in the end I had to replace it at my expense. On another occasion, a pipe in the cooling system had broken and was replaced with a pipe that was not suitable for the high temperatures it would have had to endure, while I was traveling it breaks and the engine overheats excessively, which at times makes me start the engine. Probably, when I brought my machines to that workshop, there were several young boys who did not have enough experience and who perhaps needed to be followed more. In both cases the owners did not make the slightest gesture to meet the cost of the damage and obviously I never went back to that workshop.

Ich fuhr zu Auto Mock und mir wurde sofort in meiner Notsituation geholfen da ich am selben Tag noch weiter fahren musste. Ich kam unangemeldet vorbei und mir wurde sofort geholfen! Nach 2 Stunden konnte ich das Auto abholen! Nochmals vielen Dank für den Service! Nicht selbstverständlich heutzutage und der Preis war auch super fair! Vielen lieben Dank! Sebastian I come from Germany and suddenly I had a problem with my rear brake. The surface was completely worn off. I drove to Auto Mock and I was helped immediately in my emergency because I had to continue driving on the same day. I came by unannounced and was helped immediately! After 2 hours I was able to pick up the car! Thanks again for the service! Not a matter of course nowadays and the price was also super fair! Thanks so much! Sebastian
