Eseguono il test ma con risultato negativo.
Il che vuol dire essere obbligato ad eseguire i lavori di revisione da loro.
Atteggiamento poco corretto perché potevano benissimo dirmi cosa c'era da fare (parliamo di ammortizzatori) senza farmi pagare una revisione due volte.
Cliente perso.
Scorretti.
I bring my car for review.
They perform the test but with a negative result.
Which means being forced to perform the revision work by them.
Poor attitude because they could very well tell me what there was to do (let's talk about shock absorbers) without making me pay for a revision twice.
