Ho acquistato da loro la Batteria auto della Bosh 110 ah da 198€ circa un Anno e mezzo fa e la batteria già non si ricarica più,torno da loro per sostituire la batteria però prima provano a dirmi che la batteria funzionante poi dopo ulteriori prove ammettono che non funziona però mi dicono che la garanzia solo di un anno e non si può cambiare piu nonostante che per legge tutte le batterie auto hanno diritto di due anni di garanzia,ma loro dicono che senesbattono della legge stabiliscono loro quanto deve durare la garanzia!!!! I bought from them the Bosh 110 ah car battery from 198 € about a year and a half ago and the battery does not recharge anymore, I go back to them to replace the battery but first they try to tell me that the battery working then after further tests admit that does not work, however, they tell me that the warranty is only for one year and it cannot be changed any more, despite the fact that by law all car batteries are entitled to a two-year warranty, but they say that without the law, they establish how long the warranty should last! !!!

Ma quando il mio carrozziere ha confermato l'errore non hanno voluto rimborsarmi. Esercizio da evitare come la peste. Personaggi incompetenti, arroganti e volgari. Bad experience, I ordered a part for my TT which was evidently wrong having checked it on the spot, but they insisted on convincing me it was the right part. But when my coachbuilder confirmed the mistake they didn't want to refund me. Exercise to avoid like the plague. Incompetent, arrogant and vulgar characters.
