After buying an item and no longer needing me, I returned after 2 days asking for a replacement with another item but they replied that it had not been purchased by them. Bad relationship with the customer. No problem but I won't be back.

Allora sono dovuta tornate fino a li per cambiarli, ma non me li ha cambiati perché quei pezzi non li aveva mai avuti. Alla fine mi ha restituito i soldi....ma io dico, dirmi dall'inizio non ce li ho, non era più semplice e onesto!????? Bah. ...
A gentleman at the counter sold me parts that were not right, he made me open the car by the mechanic who could not put them in. Then I had to go back to them to change them, but he didn't change them because he never had those pieces. In the end he returned the money .... but I say, tell me from the beginning I don't have it, it was no longer simple and honest! ????? Bah. ...
