★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo anni di clientela devo raccontare quanto mi è successo oggi: ho portato l'auto per la revisione al 22 Ottobre e per un difetto al freno posteriore destro ho dovuto effettuare un intervento e riportare l'auto per un controllo. Ho pagato la revisione il 22 Ottobre ed ho chesto se avrei dovuto sostenere ulteriori costi per la verifica e mi è stato detto che ero a posto e non avrei dovuto pagare nulla. Oggi sono tornato per la verifica (che è andata a buon fine) e mi sono stati chiesti 12 euro di adeguamento a causa di un aumento. Questa cosa era già stata chiarita il 22 Ottobre ma oggi si sono rimangiati tutto! Per questo atteggiamento questi signori hanno perso un Cliente storico (di piu macchine) e spero che ne perdano anche altri grazie a questo mio commento... State attenti a quello che vi dicono...

For this attitude these gentlemen have lost a long-standing customer (of several machines) and I hope they will lose others thanks to my comment ... Be careful what they tell you ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato bene anche senza prenotazione, anche se di sabato. Sicuramente tornerò. Non fanno alcuna riparazione, quindi se c'è anche solo una lampadina, verrete "rimandati" e dovete tornare dopo la riparazione. Questo però è garanzia del prezzo e di nessun interesse nel "trovare problemi" ... Insomma non c'è alcun conflitto di interesse!
I was fine even without a reservation, even on a Saturday. I will definitely come back. They do not do any repairs, so if there is even just one bulb, you will be "sent back" and must return after the repair. But this is a guarantee of the price and of no interest in "finding problems" ... In short, there is no conflict of interest!
