Continuando a porre domande piu' precise, mi sono state date informazioni in contrasto con quanto riportato sul sito ufficiale della casa madre (informazioni non sbagliate ma che certo non avvantaggiano il cliente).
 I have requested information for car accessory run. The attendant did not provide detailed information but only of a high standard. Continuing to ask more precise questions, I was given information in contrast with what is reported on the official website of the parent company (information not wrong but certainly not to the benefit of the customer).

You buy a top of the range alfa romeo giulia and 3 out of 4 headlights crack from the inside and water enters. The warranty obviously DOES NOT COVER every time you need it. Big fall in style for a brand that should pamper its customers. Bad service change jobs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza di qualità, ho fatto fare il tagliando alla mia auto (Jeep) e devo dire che dall’accoglienza all’attenzione verso il cliente sono rimasto totalmente soddisfatto. Mi hanno anche chiamato qualche giorno dopo il tagliando per sapere se andava tutto bene. Super consigliati !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica cosa che posso dire finora è scarsa organizzazione. C'è un sistema di prenotazione elettronico che manda conferme. Il centro richiama telefonicamente per ulteriore conferma... Peccato poi non le segnino sulle loro agende degli appuntamenti. A noi sono state dette cose al telefono poi rivelate assolutamente inattendibili. All'ingresso viene riportato un cartello in cui si dice che c'è un costo fisso di 15€ x sanitizzazione dell'abitacolo x covid... Appena abbiamo dato le chiavi all'operatore senza nessuna sanitizzazione è salito in macchina acceso il motore...

As soon as we gave the keys to the operator without any sanitization, he got into the car and started the engine. ..
