Ma all'infinita gamma di prodotti aggiungiamo una Consulenza con la C maiuscola... A volte entro in alcuni negozi e le commesse non ti guardano nemmeno..a stento un saluto! Da Sephora Monza è un sogno.. completa disponibilità e affidabilità...Competenza su tutto .. Dal profumo al make-up e non dimentichiamoci il trattamento viso e corpo...aggiungerei il più delicato (per i miei gusti)... e poi ti regalano tanti prodotti da provare... Così acquisti con maggiore facilità.. E poi hanno una novità assoluta la possibilità di ordinare prodotti che in negozio non hanno.. te li spediscono a casa senza aggiungere 1euro! SERVIZIO ECCELLENTE... Consiglio vivamente.. What woman would not get lost in a place like this ... there is everything you could want to IMPROVE YOURSELF ... here is the right term ... Un grazie all'esperta CD, una giovane con un simpatico accento spagnolo di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. E tanti complimenti a Barbara , esperta Clarins. Hanno lavorato come una squadra, nessuna rivalità. Brave! Welcomed with discretion and advised with professionalism. Personale assillante e sgarbato, TUTTI i commessi ci hanno chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno, nonostante avessimo risposto più e più volte di no. Ci siamo sentite a disagio, zero libertà di guardare le cose esposte. Entrambe intenzionate a comprare siamo scappate via. Bad experience: a friend of mine and I went to the Sephora store in Monza this afternoon. Nagging and rude staff, ALL the shop assistants asked us several times if we needed, even though we had answered no over and over again. We felt uncomfortable, zero freedom to look at the things on display. We both wanted to buy and ran away.
c	carla bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale scortese e antipatico. mi hanno venduto un fondotinta troppo scuro (dicendomi che fosse il più chiaro della linea, mentendo) e quando sono tornata in negozio per cambiarlo (nonostante la confezione non fosse stata aperta), si sono rifiutati di fare il reso. ditemi voi se non è una truffa! sono indignata, non ci tornerò mai più. rude and unpleasant staff. they sold me a foundation that was too dark (telling me it was the lightest in the line, lying) and when I went back to the store to change it (despite the packaging not being opened), they refused to return. tell me if it's not a scam! I am outraged, I will never go back.
