s	stefano balzarotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato tagliando con Groupon, al ritiro auto mancava filtro aria abitacolo, ho chiamato e con la solita scusa che il "ragazzo" si era dimenticato,sono dovuto ripassare a prenderlo. Ma cosa più grave,dopo solo 6 mesi dal tagliando l'olio auto era completamente andato a zero, completamente consumato!! Non ho perdite, in quanto ho messo ora olio Castrol da 2 mesi l'asticella è ancora al massimo. e	emanuele scazzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tornerò! !! io non sopporto quando mi prendono in giro. le spiego, intanto la pompa della benzina che mi ha sostituito che lei ha detto essere bosch non costa 390€ ma 288€ di listino che scontata a me la danno per 250€. che per smontarla e rimontarla a stare larghi ci vuole 2 ore di lavoro. seconda cosa quando ho ritirato la macchina ho subito sentito un rumore strano il giorno dopo andando dal gommista mi sono accorto che la marmitta era a penzoloni, si è dimenticato di agganciarla al supporto (queste cose non devono accadere!!!!) le ricordo che mi è costato il tutto 510€ preventivo concessionario ford 500€ ma sappiamo che la ford fa sempre la diagnosi e tutti i vari controlli. vedendo le altre recensioni forse io sono stato sfortunato. Hanno la corretta abitudine di farti vedere quanto hanno cambiato, anche se è solo un filtro... Quando ho usato un buono Groupon che includeva anche il filtro dell'aria, ma questo non è risultato molto sporco, me l'hanno cambiato lo stesso e mi hanno proposto di tenermi quello sostituito per un'altra occasione. Avevo chiesto loro di controllare anche una cosa non inclusa e me l'hanno fatto senza addebito. Onesti. Cortile un po' piccolo. Andando presto ho però sempre trovato facilmente posto. Il ricambio costa 50 euro su internet ed ero pure in debito in una lucidatura della carrozzeria che non abbiamo mai fatto...... Gli schivo su WhatsApp per lamentarmi neanche ha risposto. R	Roberto F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare ho Comprato degli pneumatici su un sito internet, e dovevo montarli da loro,dopo aver ricevuto gli pneumatici ho constatato che li indice di carico e di velocità erano di poco superiori da libretto (82t) ricevuti (86H) mi informo presso di loro e mi dicono che non posso montarli perchè incorrerei in una multa, cosi dopo aver fatto carte 48 per avere il cambio online delle gomme mi comunicano ben 4 gommisti "a cui ho chiesto per curiosità,"che se il carico e l'indice di velocità sono maggiori si possono montare ugualmente. O	Omar Elsaiad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo aver portato il mio WR125 4 tempi per un problema ignoto che causava lo spegnimento di quest'ultimo ogni qualvolta si girasse il manubrio verso destra, dopo quasi una intera settimana riuscirono a capire che era un semplice cavo del motorino d'avviamento che si era danneggiato (cosa che in Yamaha o qualsiasi altra officina di moto per definizione avrebbe trovato e risolto in pochi giorni). A distanza di 2 settimane senza moto ho dovuto chiamare io per capire se il magico pezzo era arrivato o meno, senza dirmi nulla, ne preventivo ne altro montarono tutti e mi dissero che nonostante ciò il problema non era stato risolto, io preso dallo sconforto e dalla rabbia per la gestione della mia problematica chiedo al telefono se perlomeno avevano provato ad accendere la moto, tenetevi forte perchè non crederete alle vostre orecchie... dopo qualche secondo di silenzio mi dice di attendere... (probabilmente stava andando a recuperare le chiavi), e come per magia sento il rombo del mio Arrow dall'altoparlante del telefono... Questi geni incompresi non avevano nemmeno provato a metterla in moto, inutile dire che sono corso a prenderla, gli ho dato 200 euro RUBATI e per un servizio PESSIMO. Se non volete rogne evitate ad ogni costo questa attività! After 2 weeks without a bike I had to call to find out if the magical piece had arrived or not, without saying anything, no estimate or anything else, they all mounted and told me that despite this the problem had not been solved, I was taken by despair and out of anger at the management of my problem I ask on the phone if at least they had tried to start the bike, hold on tight because you won't believe your ears ... after a few seconds of silence he tells me to wait ... (he was probably going to retrieve the keys), and as if by magic I hear the roar of my Arrow from the speaker of the phone ... These misunderstood geniuses had not even tried to start it, needless to say I ran to get it, I gave them 200 euros STOLEN and for a BAD service. If you don't want trouble, avoid this activity at all costs!
