★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assicurazione chiama il carro attrezzi che arriva, guardacaso, dopo le 22 (in orario notturno quindi, la richiesta di assistenza era stata fatta urgente alle 18) e porta l'auto lontana, a 50 km (strade di montagna) con l'accordo di farmi sapere il problema ed il preventivo di spesa. Il giorno dopo alle 13 non hanno ancora visto l'auto e nel pomeriggio dopo pranzo e' magicamente pronta, non si sa la spesa. Mi arriva sms piu' tardi per 208 euro (mai preventivati). Il giorno seguente vado a recuperare la macchina (sostenendo altri costi) ed il costo di riparazione arriva ai 260 euro, sempre magicamente, e non c'e' stato niente da fare: o paghi o non prendi la macchina. Approfondiro' se e' un comportamento legale visto che non ho mai ricevuto, e quindi accettato, nessun preventivo. Tutto questo per del gasolio congelato, probabilmente gli e' bastato tenere l'auto ferma in officina a 5/10 gradi per farla ripartire. La ciliegina sulla torta? 20 euro di sconto per ricevuta di nemmeno 80 euro. Viva l'Italia

The next day I go to recover the car (incurring other costs) and the repair cost reaches 260 euros, again magically, and there was nothing to do: either pay or don't take the car. I will investigate if it is legal behavior since I have never received, and therefore accepted, any quote. All this for frozen diesel, it was probably enough for him to keep the car stationary in the workshop at 5/10 degrees to get it going again. Cherry on the cake? 20 euros discount for a receipt of not even 80 euros. Long live Italy

Excellent work also confirmed by my dealer in Milan and impeccable treatment despite being under Ferragosto.
When I am in South Tyrol I almost always pass!
