Jetzt habe ich die Rechnung erhalten, obwohl das Auto noch gar nicht da ist, wo der vereinbarte Preis um 800,00!!!!€ höher ist als vereinbart.
Unverschämtheit!
I ordered a new car and of course I negotiated a price.
Now I have received the invoice, although the car is not there yet where the agreed price is € 800.00 higher than agreed.
Insolence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten unseren Audi a6 mit einem Fahrwerks Problem zu Auto Brenner gebracht.Die Werkstatt konnte uns schnell helfen.Da es unser Abreise Tag war nach einem schönen Urlaub in Südtirol waren wir sehr froh das wir doch noch nach Hause nach Deutschland fahren konnten.Vielen Dank an Brenner und sein tolles Team. Vor allem an Herrn Johannes Kasseroler und die nette Dame vom Empfang.Sie sind alle sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Danke und weiter so.Bleiben Sie alle gesund
We had brought our Audi a6 to Auto Brenner with a suspension problem. The workshop was able to help us quickly. Since it was our day of departure after a nice vacation in South Tyrol, we were very happy that we could still go home to Germany. Thank you to Brenner and his great team. Especially to Mr Johannes Kasseroler and the nice lady at the front desk, they are all very professional and helpful. Thanks and keep it up, everyone, stay healthy

Vormittag im Osterurlaub ein schlagendes Geräusch am rechten Hinterrad. Sind um 14 Uhr ohne Termin zu Auto Brenner in Brixen (eine Empfehlung unserer Herberge). Nach einer kurzen Probefahrt stand fest, das Auto muss dort bleiben, sie würden sich wieder melden. Bereits nach 90 Minuten kam der Anruf (begleitet von einem kurzen Video) und die Diagnose: Bremsscheiben und Beläge müssten getauscht werden, ein ungefährer Kostenrahmen wurde genannt und sie würden sich -bei entsprechender Zustimmung- unverzüglich an die Arbeit machen. Ob dies zu 100% die Ursache sei, könne man aber nicht versprechen. Der genannte Preis war absolut fair, wir gaben die Zustimmung zur Reparatur. Nach weiteren 120 Minuten kam erneut ein Anruf; das Problem ist behoben, das Auto könne abgeholt werden. Waren dann um kurz vor Feierabend da um das reparierte und auch noch frisch gewaschene Auto wieder abzuholen.
Bislang meine absolut beste Erfahrung mit einer Vertragswerkstatt! Absolut transparent, fair, zuverlässig und sauber. Danke an Remi Reci und das ganz Auto Brenner Team, Ihr habt uns den Urlaub gerettet. Schade, dass Ihr soweit weg seid.
Great service, totally recommend!
A banging noise on the right rear wheel in the morning during the Easter holiday. Arrived at 2 p.m. without an appointment at Auto Brenner in Brixen (a recommendation from our hostel). After a short test drive, it was clear that the car had to stay there, they would get in touch again. The call came after just 90 minutes (accompanied by a short video) and the diagnosis: brake discs and pads had to be replaced, an approximate cost framework was given and they would - with the appropriate approval - get to work immediately. However, one cannot promise whether this is 100% the cause. The price quoted was absolutely fair, we agreed to the repair. After another 120 minutes another call came; the problem is solved, the car can be picked up. Were there shortly before closing time to pick up the repaired and also freshly washed car.
My absolute best experience with an authorized workshop so far! Absolutely transparent, fair, reliable and clean. Thanks to Remi Reci and the whole Auto Brenner team, you saved our vacation. Too bad you're so far away.
