★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Werkstatt! Man hat den Eindruck, dass hier sehr professionell und gründlich gearbeitet wird.
Vor allem Herr Kasseroler hat sich besonders engagiert und zuvorkommend um eine rasche Behebung des Schadens gekümmert. Auch bei der Beschaffung eines Leihwagen hat er uns sehr geholfen.
Ich würde diese Werkstatt jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
 Very good workshop! One has the impression that the work here is very professional and thorough.
Above all, Mr Kasseroler was particularly committed and courteous in ensuring that the damage was repaired quickly. He also helped us a lot with getting a rental car.
I would recommend this workshop to others at any time.

Per fare un esempio, olio motore costa il TRIPLO rispetto quello che si può trovare in un normale rivenditore. Inoltre il manager dei clienti (ruolo di fantasia, visto il servizio) è stato del tutto indisponibile a chiarire anche i lavori che hanno fatto. Allego la fattura con tutte le voci cosi potete farvi un'idea prima di essere spennati.*** In seguito a questa recensione sono stato contattato dal manager dei clienti (che non si trova in sede a Bressanone) e mi ha offerto un buono Amazon da 50€. Ho accettato ed apprezzato la telefonata.
ATTENTION! AVOID IF POSSIBLE (*** update). Very negative experience with these people. Prices astro-no-mi-ci. To give an example, motor oil costs TRIPLE than what you can find in a normal dealer. In addition, the customer manager (fictional role, given the service) was completely unwilling to clarify the work they did. I enclose the invoice with all the items so you can get an idea before being plucked. *** Following this review I was contacted by the customer manager (who is not based in Bressanone) and he offered me an Amazon voucher from 50 €. I accepted and appreciated the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with an emergency "check engine" light. Were told to wait about 5 hours so maybe they can check it.
Drove 1 hour to Insbruk where VW has a proper express service. Diagnostics takes literally 2 minutes.
But these guys are too busy changing tyres and oil to resolve emergency cases of customers who are on the road thousands km away from home, and can't stay in service for days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 8 hours for oil change with reservation, the last times I did in sillia I took lesser than 1 hour , tried to change my car that I bought there with a new one said they will give me a discount after talking with a dealer a car that costs 16.500 he asked for me to pay 21000 without knowing to explain why just said even us workers need to earn something we have bills to pay , and yeah to don't talk about changing h7 light costed almost 50euro, I really liked vw company and for that reason I chose to drive a vw for more than 10 years but after having to do with brennero company I know for sure that I won't be back there anymore nor will be back there my friends or family I've been disappointed sadly to much
